I and my mother had a great stay at this hotel while we were back in town for my aunts celebration of life get together. The front desk fellow was super nice let me borrow a miniature fan because I had forgotten mine , and also helped me find my aunts address because I couldn’t find my phone which I had left in my aunts vehicle. I am very appreciative of that. Thank you for all your hospitality!

This room was larger than other ESAs I have stayed in. I don't know if this is a newer design or just something unique to this individual location, but it was a pleasant surprise.

I thought the staff was great. My issue is the building looks dated, poor lighting inside and it is a suite. However I had no cups, plates etc.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had to stay due to the snowstorm so I chose this property. The towels were a dingy yellow and the bed was so uncomfortable. I just needed a place to rest and unfortunately, didn't get much rest that night. The property could definitely use an upgrade.

As usual room was clean & comfortable. Desk associates were very friendly. Breakfast choiçes could be a better variety but Scrambles & Cracker Barrel are both walking distance

Perfect accommodation, very clean, affordable, updated rooms. Only minimal complaints are bed was just a little ‘squeaky’ and skip the breakfast (I don’t eat breakfast anyway) but I highly recommend this place and would come back for sure.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Called front desk immediately upon arrival to room was offered frebreeze. Otherwise it looked nice just old cigarette smell

The hotel was old and could use some updating. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Nothing extra should be paid for the breakfast based on what they serve.

Room smelled like smoke. No ice made for incoming guests. A concern since there were NO ice machines in the hotel. Overall, a very average experience. Oh, and breakfast? Instant oatmeal and hardened muffins. No juice either. Not exactly what we were expecting.

There were no plates, cups, pans or silverware in the room, even though this is an extended stay facility. Had to request that at the front desk, which wasn't clear. Once, I asked the clerk att he front desk she was very helpful.

Called ahead to the front desk to confirm our room would be pet friendly for our cats. Manager William Brown answered and I can tell you in all sincerity I have never felt like my business was more valued and appreciated than I did at this stay. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and the manager went way above the average expectations for a hotel at this price point. The room was very good and we had no problems with anything provided. I would go out of my way to stay here again if I were passing through anywhere near this location.

The staff was great, and the place was clean. It needs updating, old furniture and carpeting, but overall this is the best extended stay I have visited while traveling for work. Side note they did not have anything available for the kitchen in terms of dishes and cookware, but I didn’t need those items for my stay. Not that corporate will read this ,but you need to invest more into this property, because it’s one of the best ones !

Spend the long weekend. The hotel is a little dated but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Was confused by the fact that an Extended stay type hotel didn’t supply any dishes, silverware, glassware or pots and pans. They also do not have an ice machine so in order to get ice you must use the ice tray in the freezer.

The hotel was clean and the service was exceptional. The staff is friendly and engage in conversation to make you feel welcomed and also are very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for the weekend with my children.
