WE TOOK A COLD WATER SHOWER BECAUSE THAT ROOM IT DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER AT FRONT DESK THEY SAID HAVING ISSUES WITH THE INTERNET AND TOOK 30 MINUTES TO HELP WITH MY RESERVATION BREAKFAST ROOM THE BREAKFAST TIME IS 7:00 to 9:00 WE GOT THERE AT 8:00 AT THE LADY REFUSES TO RESTOCK THE YOUGURT ALSO A SENIOR MAN ASKED TO THE LADY FOR A YOGURT AND SHE SAID THAT SHE DONT WANT TO RESTOCK AND I BELIEVE IF THE BREAKFAST ENDS UNTIL 9:00 SHE HAS TO SERVE MORE OF EVERYTHING UNTIL 9:00!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!! BUT FOR ME I DONT WANT TO BE IN PLACES LIKE THIS ONE. WE DESERVE A BETTER OPTION

Property has been upgraded, however several things need to be addressed. Housekeeping could be more thorough. Also stool does not flush well, takes several flushes to flush small amount of tissue. Tissue holder is coming of wall. Tub had water marks in the bottom and moldy chaulking. Staff was friendly on check in.

The people working a t this location were wonderful! They were really pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice. The bathroom was not so much. There was no water pressure inthe shower. The water sort of drizzled out, and the shower floor was not really clean. Because this was a handicapped room, Ii was surprised. I would stay here again, but I would check out the water problem as soon as I arrived.

The cleaning staff at this establishment is horrible. They left towels in the hallway. I was there 2 nights and they never vacuum the halls. The floor in my room had pet hair all over it. Do not stay here.

This was a bit off our path of traveling on I20 and not many restaurants in the area…we disliked the room smell, bathroom was dirty and had terrible shower curtain and the towels were not worthy to use. Hotel needs to buy new towels and sheets. Traffic in the area made it noisy and the room had a musty smell..

No Kleenex in the dispenser. Toilet paper roll had an estimated 1 1/2 inches on roll. Hair in corner of bathroom floor. Parking lot is well lit. Breakfast provided was very good. Price was extremely reasonable and a good value.

The room I was given was disgusting, and it smelled like mildew. The laminate floor was slippery. The front desk manager said he couldn’t do anything about the slippery floor. The bathroom toilet seat had red stains on it. The bathroom floor had brown spots on it. The large dry off towels had hairs on it. The pillow cases had hair on it. It was bought to the attention of the front desk that red stains were on the toilet seat that appeared to be bodily fluids. I was only offered to come clean the toilet. I won’t ever stay at that hotel again.

Fantastic hotel!! Kind of pricey but worth it - we were there for a soccer tournament and all the parents enjoyed the restaurant, lobby and bar while all the kids enjoyed the pool. I also enjoyed their very nice fitness center (except the pelaton bikes didn't work). Would highly recommend!

Visited Jackson Mississippi to see my nephew play football at Mississippi state and appreciated convenience/ cost of Wingate. Every worker was friendly and welcoming! Enjoyed ease to/ from airport. Hall carpets need replacing and ice machines on each floor should work.

- Front desk was very polite and helpful - No water bottles provided in room (was told the tap water is not safe to drink) - A few of the amenities in the room were battered or in need of repair - TV/remote was not working - Wi-Fi password not posted in room, had to call front desk - Breakfast needs more healthy options (i.e. fruit) - "Do not disturb" sign flies off when opening door - AC unit is extremely loud when it kicks on making it hard to sleep
