The whole hotel smelled of smoke, weed or food. The shower had hair on the walls and didn’t drain. There was an inch of dust on the phone and lamps. Free breakfast was 10 muffins and 10 cereal bars for an entire hotel....it started at 6:30 and i was there at 6:40.

I was happy with my room overall. However the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work at all, and the clocks were set a lot faster. I thought I was about to have to check out until i picked up my phone and had almost 2 hours still! I was furious and exhausted. The breakfast was horrible muffins that were hard and nutrigrain bars that’s it. Also when I asked the staff at 730 am for coffee because the pot was empty she was mad about it.

The room had hair and dirt when I came in I ended up getting really sick by the morning I come here all the time do better housekeeping

The front desk, room and maids were great. Only problem with the room was the recliner, once it was open it wouldn't close. Only problem I had with the place was the lobby and hallways always smelled like weed. And some of the clientele was alittle sketchy!

Didn't stay. Had a reservation for 2 nights.
Checked in and dropped our luggage off in the room
We had to set up for a show at the Expo Center and trturned to hotel in the evening. There was a group of people hanging out in the hallway near our room. One man was yelling and cursing at a group of women that he was with. They might have been hookers.
My wife and I was hesitant to open our door.
We did not feel safe and left the hotel for another hotrl in the area.
The hotel would not refund us for the first night even though we did not stay over.
Ive traveled a lot in my life and never felt thst a hotel might not be safe.
I will never book a room at an Extended Stay again

We arrived at the hotel at about 10pm. We were in room 143 the person staying in room 140 was not answering the door and someone was banging on their door for about an hour (banging, kicking and yelling). Finally the police showed up and eventually kick the door in. Next thing you know there is crying and screaming and then we hear the cops yelling you cant come in its a crime scene. At this point we are worried and nervous and want to leave but we hear its a crime scene so we dont leave. When the commotion quites down and there doesnt seem to be a lot of noise in the hall we leave at about 2:30pm. No one is at the reception desk only about 5 people standing around it (family members and police). We leave and I call to check out and get a refund and first the person on the phone didnt even know someone died then she refuses to refund me… i call the manager the next day and leave a message and he calls
Back and leaves a message of how i cant get a refund… it was an awful hotel experience awful hotel service and i dont know what kind of criminal acts go on there but we did not feel safe and would never stay there again.

The place is in great need of updating. There was rarely staff at the front desk to assist if and when needed. The pillows are VERY thin even if you use the 3 you’re provided so we had to go purchase our own. There’s no ice machine and other normal amenities other places have. We will be staying at one of the hotels next door when we go back to this area next year

I'll put it this way: there are permanent residents here and roaches on the floor. Do not stay here.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was not equipped with anything, but a quick visit to the front desk was all it took to get everything we needed! Everyone was pleasant and professional. We needed to extend our stay an extra day, and it was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here.

Check-in was seamless, no complaints. Hotel was old, dated and shabby. The telephone in our room wasn't working. The hot water for the shower took a long time to get hot. There was a kitchenette, but if you wanted supplies for it, you had to request it. Walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors. The whole floor that we were on smelled like weed even though we were on a non smoking floor. Breakfast was bare minimum and while we were there, a homeless person walked in off the street and helped themselves. I was disappointed with the stay.

The room stunk like urine. I complained and tried to get the room changed but it was sold out for the night. The guy at the front tried his best to spray an industrial cleaner but the stink came right back after about 24 hours. This is even AFTER i scrubbed the kitchen floor with a floor cleaner he provided me. Unfortunately my business here got extended and I had to extend my stay by one more night. THEN to make my day even worst, my poor wife locked herself out of the room while I was at work and the lady at the front desk had the nerve to give her an attitude because we “checked out” but didn’t “check back in” thus needing my ID again…..What sense does that make?? Why would I check out just to check back in. We never checked out. I have NEVER had an experience like this in my life and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a night stay. For 100 a night- you deserve better. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they value your patronage. I spend good money here.. it’s my go-to for business trips like this and I’ve stayed here quite a few times but I will NEVER EVER be back.

I really enjoyed. The entrance to the bathroom was tight cause the door is directly in front of the toilet, but everything was good. It even has a stove and a full size fridge.
Front desk staff were very nice and helpful, check in and out was simple. Cleanliness was good, the carpet could use some cleaning and so could the chairs, but other than that everything was clean.
Thank You!!!

Easy check in and check out process. If you're looking for a basic, no-frills, safe place to stay for a few days, this is it. It's fine, it'll get the job done.

My first time in the area since Covid, but this hotel seems to have stayed in good shape. Got Uber Eats to deliver to the hotel a few times, which went pretty easily.

it was OK, but the smell of cigarette smoke filled the hall & you can smell it in my room. I'm a non smoker
if the smoke was not there, i would rate it 4 stars.

It's shocking what terrible shape this Extended Stay. Having said that, I made this reservation knowing that these places are very poorly maintained but since this was a "newer" one in a business park, I hoped it would not be terrible. I was wrong. The hallway carpets are filthy, the veneer on the very cheap furniture was peeling off, the microwave was missing as was any and all silverware or dishes in the kitchen. (I know, I know. In addition to our having to make up our own beds and clean our rooms now we also have to "go to the desk" to beg for a glass or spoon.) The A/C was noisy and barely worked and the back door entrance did not work with a key card so the door had to be propped open, allowing entrance to any stranger who wanted to wander in. The Wi-Fi did not work at times and if you called the desk, you were instead transferred to "central reservations" who, of course, could not help you at all. What a nightmare!!! Never again.
