Simply Amazing. Perfect overnight stay! We will return!

Not bad. They are renovating it. Close to a nice plaza.

The only reason this hotel is this price is because it's right next to the airport. It's a decent hotel. The room was clean. The bed wasn't super comfortable and the AC definitely wasn't working well. I prefer having it colder in the room so I set the AC to 65 and I frequently would feel slightly warm in the room despite the AC setting. Also the shower water pressure was poor and wasn't really a satisfying experience.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly it smelled like urine, the air did not work, the tv didn’t work either. The staff was limited. And not very helpful

When we arrived the Front desk area and hallway were blocked by stacked boxes. Employees using luggage carts for transporting the boxes and elevator entrance was blocked. No toilet paper refill. Construction material in handicap parking spaces. Large construction dumpsters in parking lot. Multiple 18 wheelers parked in no parking zone. One backing up and idlying in a no parking zone next to our bedroom window at 3:00 AM. At 5:00 AM again more noise from trucks picking up construction material. Loud banging we were unable to get little to no sleep. We there two nights and never got house cleaning services. Had to pick up towels and toilet paper at front desk. They did have a good breakfast. I have had better experience with La Quinta in previous stays.

Room was not cleaned well. No toilet paper in the room. When we entered the room we found a roach crawling over the bed.

Overall, hotel & staff were great. Only reason I give it a 4/5 stars is the beds are a bit lumpy and not that comfortable and the shower head could use some replacing. Water splatters everywhere.

Breakfast options are very limited and had a couple expired yogurts I notice that I had to tell the staff about.

Nice place. Clean, comfortable room. Staff very friendly and accommodating for bag storage and early check-in.

Excelent place, near the Miami Airport, and with great access to shoppings and restaurants. Very good staff and service, helped me with everything I needed.

The room was nice and clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable. I wish breakfast would have been served earlier than 7 am due to time commitments.

The staff is very arrogant, they run cards Even if it says book now pay later, cancelled my room once because this, and said it’s my fault, I will not recommending this hotel for anyone to stay . Families wanted to use the pool but it was “too cold” at 28celcius so they said the pool is closed. Not enough food for breakfast they actually ran out on stuff

Location and cleanliness

Only one elevator and is very slow. Breakfast options very limited. Parking is comical.

Our room spacious and clean! Breakfast was very good! The pool was closed,was not happy! The internet sucks in the rooms,had to go to join others in the lobby area if you want internet! I wouls look for a different hotel next time in Miami!

The property was clean the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the breeze of checking in and out was the highlight of my one day trip.

Stayed in the lobby for about 4 hours due to early disembarkation from our cruise. The uncleanliness in the lobby alone made me second guess why I even booked the reservation. There was a lady cleaning the area but she didn’t really “clean” anything. I could see fingernail clippings by the end of the couch on the carpet. There was wet stains on top of the tables and coffee areas where people had been sitting that looked like they haven’t even been properly wiped down in a long time. Finally get our room and was disgusted still. Smells like animals in the hallways, our air unit made an ungodly whine all night long. Barely any hot water for showers. The men’s toilet handle to flush in the bathroom behind the front desk was broken. The mattresses didn’t even have mattress covers…you would think a hotel would have them just to help with bed bug issues. Just not worth the money in my opinion. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Close to Miami International Airport convenient

Customer service was great no complaints.

In the middle of Doral, Florida this is a very convenient hotel location, for business and shopping.

We were there for a surgical procedure. We were told the room service has to be requested so we requested it upon arrival for all the days we were staying. The first day we have to requested it again and the person doing the rooms was reluctant to do it. 2nd and 3rd day the same. She really doesn’t want to work since I overheard her saying she is tired so please quit your job but dont make the customers go trough this lack of service The manager changed our rooms the second day because wifi never worked. They made me call a company who maintains the wifi service like I was a homeowner checking on my service. Finally on the new room there was wifi.. but the ac was not working lol. We didn’t complained about that because we realized that the hotel is a disaster. We had only one more night. Also on the first room as a note the ac made a lot of noise and the tv is installed perpendicular to the bed making it very uncomfortable to watch. Entire hotel needs an overhaul!

My room was filled with Ants.. My daughter was bitten and we had to go find allergy medication. Other then that. The room was nice.

Room dirty, very noisy. My kids didn’t sleep all the night! Breakfast poor ! Very disappointed for the price +taxes and fees

well the pros is that the room is spacy and the stuff and the manager were polite the cons is that the room was very dirty with hair every where and lots of stains on the bed cover there was a cockroach in the room the airport planes noise was unbearable since the hotel is very close to the airport with poor isolation also the AC was very loud
