I had reservation but when i reached hotel they said that they are sold out and that they cannot give me room. Later my money was also deducted.
I request hotel.com to refund my money and compensate me with additional $ 200 as i had to drive almost 30 miles to get a hotel . It costed $190

lots of water damage in the bathroom, mold in the shower, floor lifting in the bathroom, faucet wouldn’t stop leaking in the bathroom, bedding had multiple stains on it, carpet needed to be vacuumed

I had a very nice comfortable stay here. I’m a flight attendant so I stay in a LOT of hotels. This was not a work trip and the price was right. The room was clean and well-appointed. There are a lot of conveniences around the area and Mir at the front desk could not have been kinder. Highly recommend.

Remote to TV was not taking it off the portal page. Also, the heater was not working that good.

The room came with a smoking smell that lasted the whole stay even though it is a nonsmoking room supposedly the phone did was not working wifi didn’t work remote didn’t work

Reasonable accommodations. Close to shopping and easy access to expressway. Front desk receptionist was very polite and accommodating to our request for our party to be on the same floor.

We arrived to the property at 10pm and did not get a room until 1AM as there was no front desk staff. When the staff showed up, he smelled of marijuana. This was truly unacceptable

The front desk person was ot friendly she said your room is over there, where is over there. She acted like she didn't care about my stay.

No staff at check in desk for over 30 minutes, 4 lights inside hotel room didn't work (so minimal lighting over all), not hygenic

Didn’t hav ent reservation. I was double charged, receptionists at both locations didn’t care about anything , weren’t helpful, room smell like cigarettes and I found them in the trash can, and it was 125.00!! Come on , get it together could be a nice place!!!

Toilet did not flush windows was opened when we got there and would not lock no blankets on the bed and the bed cover that was on was dirty had big dark stain on it so not very good for what they charge

Not representative of other extended stay America’s. No way of locking the hotel room door & it would not close, staff tried another room and no luck there, opened a third room and it was less than satisfactory. At this point we did not feel safe staying there and ended our stay early, going to another hotel after an already very long day of travel. 10/10 do not recommend this property.

The room was nice and clean only problem I had was at front desk I had to wait to get assistance for awhile right after I just got off a flight at 12:30 am other then that it was okay

Since the website stated that utensils, etc were provided, i was disappointed to find the kitchen completely empty of any supplies. The desk clerk barely spoje English, and I had to ask her to repeat literally EVERYTHING she said. Worst of all, with a checkout at 11am, we planned sleeping in, after a late night catching up with friends. Imagine my surprise to have house keeping knocking on the door a little after 9, followed by a phone call from the desk 15 minutes later to "make sure everything was okay with the room". Since this is my second disappointing stay at this chain, there will not be a third.
The bathtub was either dirty or terribly stained, the towels were small and thin.
To be fair, the mattress was firm and comfortable, and the ac worked well. Unfortunately, that wasnt enough to make up for the rest of it.

This is a nice place if you need a quick, clean, inexpensive room. However the cleanliness and quality could use some improvement

The toilet cover was broken and the shower head was not fully tightened and therefore leaked, spraying water outside of the shower. The kitchen had ZERO dishes, silverware or anything that could be used to cook or eat.

I do not recommend this hotel. The tub was filthy, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchenette: no silverware, no pans, no glasses, nothing. The only things you get are a bar of soap and a sample of shampoo...that's it. No coffee maker, either. When I called the front desk to ask if coffee was available in the lobby, I was told I could come get a coffeemaker. When I checked in, the receptionist could barely explain how to hook up with wifi, and could not even tell me if there was a restaurant nearby. These people know nothing about the hotel business...horrible.

Good location right off route 28 and close to multiple food options and Wallmart. We checked into a unit that had a cracked tv screen, maintenance came quickly but said would have to order a new tv so staff switched us to another unit, but the remote control didn't work and had leaves on floor and dirty bathroom. Staff was quick to respond and ended up upgrading us to a bigger unit for our troubles. Reasonable pet deposit rates although the pet fee on the Expedia booking was not the amount charged. It apparently has gone up a few dollars.

My stay has been nice the only issue I have is when you turn the shower on or the next door neighbor turns the shower on it vibrates and makes loud noise

Smelly, musty rooms. Dirty shower curtains. Cheap, scratchy soap. Broken lamps. How is this $100 a night?

The room was not very clean and it did have bed bugs as my husband and I ended up with bites on our feet/legs. Shower looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. Staff was nice but hard to find. Frequently they were not in the office.
