I stay at this hotel whenever I’m in the area for work, it’s reasonable for the price , it doesn’t have a breakfast buffet , beds are extremely comfortable, limited channels on the tv, overall decent hitel

Experience was good. However, had to inform front desk of desk and bedside tables needing to be wiped. There was something sticky on the surface.

For the price, this is worth every penny! We were meeting family in Los Alamos, and those hotels are twice the price! There is a microwave and fridge but no coffee pot in the room. However, coffee is available in the lobby. Only one drawback is that our credit card was compromised sometime during our stay and we had to cancel our card!
The clientele isn’t like you’d see at the Ritz but they were friendly!

I really liked the location. In our restroom, the exhaust fan was not working. Also 2 of the 4 lamps were not working. O e of the wall receptacles was so loose that my phone charger would not stay in. It would fall out.

$45 non refundable deposit for the pet. Feces stains on the floor in more than one spot. Toilet wouldn't quit running. Sink faucets didn't work properly. Vending machines didn't work at all. Ate at the restaurant and got sick. On the plus side the pets quite enjoyed the walking area in the back of the hotel. Would not recommend it. I asked the staff at the desk to have the manager call me so I would not present this post this way. Did not get a call so here you are.

I lived there for a day with my family and it was quite safe and well maintained rooms . It was convenient on the high way and 10 minutes from the Gurudwara at Espaneola.
There was no Breakfast included and that is how we were aware about it at the time of booking. Would stay again if there was an opportunity to be back there.

Love hotel and staff. Very reasonable. Not a fan of the on site casino but they are affiliated with Buffalo Thunder that is just down the road a couple of miles which is far better.

The front office attendant was not friendly. The room had a terrible odor when the heat was turned on. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. Was very disappointed.

Room was excellent. Very clean and cozy. The staff are not too friendly but other than that it was great and I will definitely stay again.

I would never pick this hotel again. It is advertised as a hotel and casino, but the casino is across a large parking lot and was a little uncomfortable walking alone. No breakfast, price was higher than it should have been for this place. The front desk guy was super nice, that's really the only good thing about it.

I always like staying at this hotel!! The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, always very clean! The staff are more than accommodating. We were able to check in early yesterday! What's nice is they have a shuttle to go to the concerts!!

Fast check in, nice big room. Sure, the towels could be thicker but there were plenty and they were fresh, the room was clean and it was really large. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay. A unique hotel. Not too many food options quiet yet. Casino about 100yrd or so away. Left with some money.

The hotel is a little used. The building is in good condition, the furniture is a little old, all the equipment works fine. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker. The hotel does not have breakfast, only coffee in the lobby.
The hotel is clearly overpriced.

We have stayed at this hotel many times but this trip will probably be our last stay at this hotel. The price was higher than in the past and the amenities were just adequate. It's time to look for a new hotel
