Excellent friendly helpful staff. Great location. Close to Central Park away from the hustle amd bustle. Would stay again. Loved our suite. Thank you everyone !

Loved the property Everyone was super helpful. Rooms were spacious. The only thing I had some hiccups was for the breakfast. It was not mentioned that the breakfast will be grab and go. Although the timing for breakfast was 7 to 10, all of it was over by 8-8:30. They just had croissants and one more bread I don't know the name for. Apart from the breakfast, everything was very good.

I was a bit nervous about traveling into the city, but the people at the hotel made everything quite easy. They provided us with a place to park at a discounted rate, and everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite big despite being in the middle of the city and they were extremely nice for the price that I paid. I will definitely be heading back!

Great location, cute space, extremely specious room by NYC standards, and I loved having access to the guest lounge to enjoy coffee and get some work done! Perfect spot if you're doing some shopping or catching a Broadway show!
