Hotel seems good but spoiled by little cheap things. Breakfast was advertised, but actually consisted ONLY of instant oatmeal in a plastic cup. (After I checked out, I was told there were muffins in a cupboard, out of sight!)
Big surprise, for a business hotel, there were no USB charging ports, nor any charging bricks to loan or rent. Since I assumed there would be, I didn’t bring a charging brick, and could do no work!
No shampoo provided except if you ask.

The rooms come fully equipped with a full kitchen yet they don’t provide you not even a cup or spoon. The so-called breakfast is a joke. A coffee urn and some granola bars.

In my room, the bathroom toilet had piss stains on the seat. Ive never had that issue before and thought it was disgusting.

My stay here was good and acceptable, not to fancy but very clean. The bed was average and the room was spacious. The service was not terrible but not exceptional. This hotel was good for the value.

Waited at an empty front desk for ten minutes when we checked in. Entire place smelled horribly. Room was falling apart.

Beautiful, welcoming and attentive staff after relocating from a property experiencing a power outage. I was treated as if I were a guest the night before (and possibly should have been) and accommodated a better quality room. Thank you. Highly recommended.

This is a discount hotel so I had low standards. I care about 1) the comfort of the bed, 2) the quality of the bathroom, and 3) cleanliness. All three exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only issue is that the Hotels.com site says there is a complimentary breakfast. It's only a coffee bar - no food. Hotels.com needs to correct this.

Would not stay there again. Very small room. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. Vending machine wasn’t working. Interior is very old.

This was a good stay. The only thing we would have liked to see different would be the breakfast. They say breakfast included, but it was muffins and granola bars. Other than that, everything was good.

This was a horrible experience in customer service and how this hotel treats it's guests! I will NEVER stay here again! I thought my checkout day for my reservation was 16th, so when I got to the hotel the night of the 15th my key did not work.
When I went to the front desk to ask why my key was not working I was told that I should have already checked out at 11:00 a.m. that day and that they were going to need to charge me the cost of that night plus a $250 cleaning fee. I was also told that I could not stay there that night they could not check me in I had to wait for their manager the next day well I start work before their manager comes in so I am probably going to be charged for two nights now on top of the $250 cleaning fee I was not given a courtesy call to ask and make sure that I knew that that was my checkout day and to confirm if I was extending. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back this has been the worst experience I've ever had I will never stay at this hotel this is the worst hospitality experience I have ever had.

Everything was and is good boit this place. I figured i would give it a try. I usaully stay at other hotels like hilton not far from here. Only thing that kinda suck is no coffee machine in room. But nothing i could complain bout. Cuz starbucks is jes diwn street from the hotel. Lol

We had to ask for dishes & pans. No kitchen dish cloths. Had to ask for shampoo & dish soap - no cream rinse.

What a terrible experience. We did not get to stay at this hotel. I called at 3 pm
And said that we would not be able to check in until after 8:30 pm and wanted to confirm our rooms. We had to rooms reserved. They stated no problem. We arrived at the property at 9. No rooms available for us. Recommended we go to the next town of Belmont and call the manager for credit., we are traveling with small children. Super frustrating. The descriptions on hotel.com is misleading for property.

We check in late, they were helpful with that but the pull up bed were my son was going to sleep was dirty it has multiple stains not sure of what but being a business I would think that it should have been replaced and no toilet treats only a bar of soap. Also there were no extra blankets and pillows for the pull out bed.

I was disappointed in this property. It felt more like an institutional room than a hotel. While not exactly dirty it certainly didn’t feel thoroughly clean.

I used to stay here a lot, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had there. We booked a room with 2 beds. They wouldn’t give us the room we booked and then 2 days into the stay, moved us to a room with 2 beds. To top things off, the shower wouldn’t drain, nor the sinks so I ended up skipping a day of showering because of it. Even bought draino to try to fix the problem to no avail. This place has turned into a low class apt building and the staff (manager included) simply don’t give a crap. There’s better options out there than this place.

We checked in and out bathtub was broken. Went to the front desk right away. After waiting over 20 minutes for the front desk staff to show up and help us they were extremely rude and refused to offer a solution. Later when we called to ask again if there was any way to be put in a different room the front desk staff HUNG UP on us TWICE. Unbelievable and Unacceptable.

Front desk also hung up on us twice when we called to see if there was any other room to put us in. Unreal and disappointing to say the least.

First time staying here. It was great! Nothing fancy, but very comfy, clean, and accommodating. The Bay Area has gotten so expensive to stay. Very affordable! I will definitely stay here again.

I liked that the rooms/hallways,elevators were clean. The parking was easy. Good location for me.
What I didn't like was the paltry breakfast - hardly worth putting out. Also the "kitchen" features were a bare minimum.

The only I didn’t like is that the heater/air conditioning unit was along side the wall that the one side of the bed was against. So when you wanted in or out of the bed you had to go to end of the bed to get off. So not that safe
