Everybody is just really friendly and accommodating. Great facility. I highly recommend it.

It seemed very clean, easy to get in and out. I just needed a quick place to spend the night. They do need their plumbing, fix that faucet and tub drips and won’t turn off. Otherwise great hotel for the money.

The room had an odd smell so I decided not to stay. The property refused to refund me my money. I would not recommend this hotel.

I’m not disappointed because it was as advertised,a 2 star rating. The price was reasonable. The staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for my plans and everything worked out well in that regard. If I were to have to do similar things with the local hospital I would definitely be willing to stay there again. The linens were clean but the room was dusty and out dated.

The parking lot and sidewalks were covered in ice. I asked if anything would be done about this and his response was there was nothing he could do.

This is a very reasonably-priced hotel that provides everything you need for a long or short term stay. Its standout quality is its customer service--every person I dealt with was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful in every way. The location is very convenient, particularly for someone who is in town to visit someone who is in nearby Fairfax Hospital. It is also convenient to major roads and the Metro. This is by no means a luxury hotel, but the price is right, it is spotless, and the staff is better than at many higher-price hotels I've visited.

Room is like a studio with kitchen. Need to clean the floor since barefoot will be blacken by dust.

Location was good. Building needs remodeling. Walls are paper thin. Efficiency kitchen was nice for the size.

Property was quiet. Room was clean and neat. Chairs had tears in them and tub was flaking and mold on chalking.

If you have allergies to mould, it’s not for you. The room’s smell was so strong and it triggered my allergies. Pillow covers were stained.

There were bunch of hairs in the tub. Black dots on the sheet. Had to just leave there.

My flight arrived late and their phone located outside of lobby door's wasn't working. I had to call the hotel's number from my cellphone to advise someone I'd been standing outside to check in. Other than that - area is generally quiet. I had one family have a mini BBQ at the picnic tables located outside. Convenient location to most things.

We were there for only an overnight. It was quiet, polite and easy check-in. Breakfast was minimal, but didn't expect much. Very clean, but room was lacking a trash can (?) The mattress was firm but not uncomfortable. The metro station is just up the road and as it was a weekend. parking there was free. I imagine there was bus service to it also.

Nice location for a good price

The staff was amazing. Katrina was so helpful in what was a super difficult time for my family! I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness so much!

It was an ok experience,but not as good as I had hoped. The lady who checked us in was helpful. However, I asked for a quiet room. She initially had said she planned to give us a 2nd floor room, but the only 2nd floor room with a king-sized bed was next to a room with 2 dogs. Instead we ended up with a first floor room near the looby, behind a stairwell and trash cans. It was noisy footsteps overhead and noise outside until 10:00 pm, and relatively quiet after. Since it was an extended stay hotel with small kitchen, I was perplexed to find you need to order plates, utensils, glasses, and a toaster, if you want one. I also had to go to the reception desk for a bedcover and sheet (blanket and pillow unavailable) for the sofa bed where our son would sleep. We gave him our coat and pajamas to keep him warm, with a cold breeze come through the crack between the door and the door frame. Free breakfast was packaged muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee, or hot chocolate. Parking lot was a bit sketchy, with a few characters milling around.

Had a nice stay, everything was neatly in place, I will definitely come back!
