Lady upfront told us to wait for 30 min, then she went at the back and told us that there is a room available. Room is nice but PILLOWS are terrible. Pillows are hard. Not comfortable after a long trip.

Bring your own pillow! All was nice, room clean except comfort level in bed. Pillows were awful (small pillows and very hard). Very nice entrance to hotel with rooms neat and clean. Breakfast was minimal, but decent.

Speedy check-in! Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. Basic room amenities coffee pot iron refrigerator. Slept five comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay in accommodations under the Wynford group and had good experiences. The stay at the La Quinta was good but the building seems to run down a bit especially for the bathroom. So it would be nice to get a refurbishment for the inn.

My family enjoyed staying here for 6 nights. The area is safe, a lot of parking is available and free, and within 10 minutes drive to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. The front staff is readily available and helpful. Breakfast is included daily, and it consists of cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffees, waffles, and yogurt. You have to request room service, but it is not a problem since you can ask housekeeping for extra trash bags and towels if needed. Rooms and towels are clean. We would stay here again next time we visit.

Overall the stay was okay - at check in we were given our key and it was literally someone else’s room we felt so bad cause we kept trying to open the room and after a few minutes the person in the room was like someone is in here! Luckily he had his door locked but honestly if that was me in there I would have been so livid. How does that even happen? Honestly scary.

Very friendly staff. Parking is free and all around the hotel. So you can park close to your room. On a busy street but surprisingly very quiet. Our room was on the back side away from the street. Bed and pillows were very comfy. I have no complaints and would stay here again. Very affordable too compared to other hotels in the area.

For the price the Hotel was good, Did not have any VIP Perks even though I am VIP status. Asked for the lowest floor near the Lobby got the furthest you can get. .
Clean, and safe environment. Parking for my work Van good. Convenient Location. Breakfast better than most.

Pros - friendly and competent front desk staff, convenient location close to 580 and 680, some street noise but not much and quiet at back of building, amazing free hot breakfast with yogurt, cereal, powdered eggs, waffles, etc. and decent equipment in the gym.
Cons - walls are thin so you can hear the tv of your neighbor if they have it on loud, only one hook on the door of the bathroom and no towel racks in the bathrooms, the whole place can use new paint, and housekeeping should be given better vacuum cleaners instead of their red upright ones that can't get to the dirt in the corners.

I’ve stayed at better places. I was a bit disappointed with this location. The water pressure, if you can call it pressure at all, was so incredibly weak. It took a good 10 minutes for my shower to get warm and then, in the morning, 5 minutes for the sink water to get warm. The pillows were so flat, I’m sure a team of paper would have been better. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Try to have the front desk to fix a water issue , lady at the front desk , super rude ,hang-up on me when I asked to speak to the manager , guess what? The manager was the mom , therefore; I got no where
Ended up.leaving early 8 am
And canceling my next day stay. Horrible experience 😪 please do NOT stay here as the management dont care about guests or hotel rating , they only care about making sure all family members kept their jobs. They feel like the owners and there is NO ONE to complain as mother and daughter run the whole hotel like if it was theirs , not caring about loosing clientele as at the end it is not their hotel or money. So sad

The staff left the luggage carts outside in the rain. The carpeted bottoms were soaked.

I got the room to spend quality time with my man. That’s why I got the jacuzzi in the room. I was so disappointed. The water kept draining out (putting wash rag over it didn’t even help). Then there was the jets, barely felt them.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. I called the front desk, and the guy told me that it will take really long time to get hot water and I have to run water for 15 minutes. Even after 30 minutes of running water, nothing happened, I called him again and he says that hot water is not working in the room! I said to at I have to catch an international flight in an hour and after some time, he offered me another room to take a shower, after wasting an hour, luckily I boarded my flight in last 5 minutes.

Everyone is tired and a little cranky. You arrive at your hotel, check into your double room and find that your kiddos will absolutely not go to sleep because of you beds were uncomfortable. The front desk name Thea is rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly.. Worst holiday experience!

I stayed in a room with a hot tub FYI. Started off well... Check in was smooth, nothing special or out of the ordinary.

Motion activated lighting(kept me up all night)

Also, maybe it was just the day I was there but they started vacuuming the halls at 6:30am. That wasn't great. Wouldn't recommend nor am I likely to return based off how poor the experience for my stay was.
