The hotel was very clean. Staff were personable. My only complaint is the Major price increase of rooms due to it being Graduation weekend.

This was a DEPENDABLE and QUALITY stay. There were plenty of staff on hand which is excellent and ran line hotels are SUPPOSED to run. We had handicap access and were capable of bringing the dogs which was great. We appreciated Best Western was capable of accommodating us.
The only thing is the giant pot hole when driving into the facility. Someone needs to get that fixed before someone loses a tire on that.
Breakfast was normal. We were happy with it. No complaints except for a spider in the room but it’s the season for them to be coming out so…

I book this hotel for a 3 night stay when my typical Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn were sold out and I was pleasantly surprised! My room was fairly large had been updated.
The front staff were Friendly and helpful, better than I expected breakfast and a reasonable price.
I would stay here again.

Stayed one night after my nearby college visit. Loved how spacious the room was and everything thing was clean and modern looking. Great breakfast choices. Nice toppings for the waffles, everything was delicious!

Lovely hotel! Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beautiful. Very comfortable bed, great shower head and water pressure. Loved the carpet in the hallway. Had a great workout in the gym. Didn't stay for breakfast, but enjoyed Seattle's Best coffee. We will definitely stay again!!

This is just about the only hotel on the east side of town, but I'd stay here even if if weren't as convenient as it is. The hotel was clean and quiet, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The breakfast was awesome! My daughters loved the waffles. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly. We will certainly be back.

We were in town for the ECU/Tulane football game on November 4th. We reserved an Aqua Suite. We met Elizabeth at the front desk and Hilda in charge of housekeeping. They could not have been any nicer and allowed us to check in early. Our suite was very clean and the layout was awesome. The hotel is really close to everything in Greenville! Breakfast was provided and was really good. We saw Hilda and Elizabeth again when we checked out and they thanked us for staying with them. Best Western plus Suites just became our home away from home when we’re in Greenville. We could not have been more pleased with your hotel.

They gave me a king bed instead of 2 queen beds and said that’s all they had left?! The room had no shower curtains in the bathroom and the room had no blankets?! They also refused to give me a receipt at checkout and claimed I owed an additional $157 even though I paid $470 already for just 2 nights.

My only real issue was noisy pipes. Every time someone upstairs was running water I could hear it.

We stayed in Room 127 this morning after arriving at 0230 hrs. At check in, the gentleman pronounced my name incorrectly and proceeded to tell me he was close enough when I corrected him. I expected proper DEI etiquette when working with customers with unique names. Then when we entered the room, there was a dead bug on the floor, a used plastic knife at the desk, hair all over the bathroom floor and on the pillows, black smudges on the pillows, both beds had dirty /stains on the covers, the sheet on the bed closest to the door had rips and tears in the sheet. This was a filthy room and we could not call the front desk because the phone was not working. I told Nadine this morning all my concerns and dissatisfaction.

Compared to the size of the room, the toilet is small, dated, and may not accommodate a large individual or a wheelchair (though we did not fall into these categories). The lounge can do with a little bit of spicing up.

didn't like that the room smelled must and moldy and the toilet was not secured to the floor and was leaking water at the base
