Hotel was very nice with lovely courtyard. Room was comfortable and had necessary amenities. A wide variety of food was offered for breakfast. Best is the close proximity to the main square

This hotel is always exceptional, all around. Clearly very well managed and staffed. The restaurant is exceptional and the included wide-range included breakfast is even more exceptional. This is the 4th visit and there will be a 5th in October. Bartender Edy makes an amazing Pisco Sour and the first one is free for everybody who checks in.

This has been one of the most comfortable stay and best service I’ve received from a hotel! The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and pleasant. The building itself is historic and the courtyard is absolutely charming. The view of the plaza from our room was an extra bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Front Desk was exceptional! We arrived early (8am) but was given a room 20 mins later even though check in was at 1pm. The restaurant tho, the man behind the bar is rude and not at all welcoming.

An historic hotel in a great location, with excellent food and service. My only suggestion for improvement would be about the beds. We found the bed a bit too firm, which affected our sleep. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

A great choice for staying in Cusco. Fairly priced with breakfast included for all guests. Ignore other reviews which mention noise. We stayed over a week and never experienced noise other than from other guests arriving or leaving at unusual hours. However, most people aren't selfish and we were never awakened by any excess noise.

Our experience was amazing at Costa del Sol Cusco. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. From the people at the front desk to the people in the bar. Everything was incredible. I think it is the best hotel in Cusco! They had a great detail by providing us with a complimentary Coca tea while checking in at the hotel! We were tired and a little bit sick due to altitude when we arrived so the Coca tea just felt amazing! 5 stars because I can’t give more than 5.

The only complaint we have about the hotel, we got room 229 and at night you can hear loud music from 10pm till 4am, look like they have a night club nearby and was really hard to sleep, after that everything was good.

A very luxurious stay. The hotel is considered to be a well sought out place and I agree. I found it very appealing, elegant and close to the main plaza de armas. Loved the food they served, but my only complaint is they do not have certain items to restock after served once for the breakfast buffet which I find it shocking like strawberries, orange juice and a few others. For such a high end hotel, it is lacking and made breakfast strenuous for us because we went with kids and they wanted specific items that were popular and not available after the first dish was depleted.
Everything else… top notch. Wyndam should improve the availability of their food. I have stayed at Fairmont and never had this happen.

Needed help with transport/luggage options going to Machu Picchu and return flight the same day, but the staff at the front desk couldn't offer any help at all.

The hotel is in a good location, close to dining and shopping. There’s a very nice courtyard with comfortable seating and a nice restaurant. Our room had a/c, was quiet and comfortable. Be aware that there is no parking. The closest garage is about half a mile away. We didn’t get to try the breakfast because we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am; however breakfast does start at that time.

Overall, a very pleasant / enjoyable stay! Nice free buffet breakfast every day. Large room but could use a bit of updates - no USB or electric plug on each end of the bed, a simple but important feature today! Curtains old also. Otherwise, place is great.

It is in a colonial style building with a courtyard in the center. Very safe and close to everything. Melvin was helpful with getting us a city tour. We were also shown a walkable neighborhood tour on a map. We would come again.
