Overall it was a very nice, comfortable stay. It was clean and spacious! The thermostat didn’t work well so it got really hot at night and we weren’t able to lower the heat. There’s also no breakfast which is a bummer. Otherwise it was great and we would stay there again!

We had a 1 bedroom suite which was a good size, king size bed was very comfortable and the separate living room and kitchen ok, unit was clean, but there is a need for some serious maintenance, some things broken, some don't work and some things don't work properly. The lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful, also the lady in the laundry who helped with our recycling, also housekeeping ladies were lovely, but l have to say the other people at reception never acknowledged you when you came in, nor were they friendly when you had a question, it seemed to us as guests were more a nuisance to them, not welcoming at all.

This hotel is fabulous, quiet, and relaxing!

Ski-in/Ski-out was great!
The hotel is old, and the hot tub is tiny. It's basically a 4 person hot tub for the entire resort.

Our stay at Trickle Creek was great as expected. As a ski in/out destination, it has all that we were looking for. A small kitchenette could have a few more essentials if cooking meals (salt, pepper, oil), but basic pots and pans etc are there for preparing food. Basic hotel coffee is provided. Bed was very good. They’re pet friendly, and made us and our Golden feel welcome!

Far from everything. Terrible wifi. Staff seemed gloomy and unwelcoming and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when checking in. One person had pretty bad body odour at the desk (I think it was the guy who prepared the room). Morning staff was friendlier and normal.
There was some kinda unknown clear/white liquid on the carpets. It was fresh too, assuming some kind of product? No idea. It grossed me out so I didn't want to take my shoes off the whole time. The staff were kinda weird, kept asking the other if the room is ready repeatedly and the other answered repeatedly. Makes me wonder what was wrong with that room.
Working fireplace.
Depressing lighting. Desperately in need of a facelift, everything is old and outdated. Bathroom fan was so loud. Took forever for hot water to come out of the tap sink.
Pet stains on the elevator carpet.
This place left such a bad impression I could never stay here again nor recommend it.

this is a lovely resort with many amenities. It has nice suites for families. We were there in a shoulder season so there was no food on site which I did not know until I arrived. My main complaint is the mattress on the hide a bed was so bad neither myself or my granddaughter were able to get any sleep. The hide a bed was not made up and linens did not fit properly. I advised the person at the desk of my concerns and was told they were slowly replacing the mattresses. I asked that my room be prioritized for a new mattress

Very nice. Clean.
Unfortunate the restaurant was closed during our off season stay. Would like to have tried it

The location is excellent, rooms are a little dated but clean. Pool and hot tub hours should be a little later so you can have time to relax after a late dinner.

Not a good view from the room. Room did not have any balcony.

The suite was set up nicely. Bed was comfortable, was nice to have a couch for visiting with friends. The only thing that was irritating was the bathroom ceiling fan, extremely loud.

This location is easy to find. They offer underground parking as well as a good size parking area in front of the resort. The restaurant was really nice great service. Everyone was friendly and pleasant 🙂

We found out we could have got a 3 bedroom with a hot tub and loft for less money. That was in the buildings next to the lodge and through VRBO.
Not much service at all. When we did ask for towels or a new quilt without holes in it they promptly delivered it.

We stayed for 2 nights, early October. Outside high temps were 16-20 degrees. When we arrived, the room was 24C. Fireplace pilot was lit and throwing off a lot of heat. We turned off the pilot and opened some windows for the first night. Still quite hot. Second night we turned on the air conditioning. That got the room down to a bearable temperature for sleeping.
They need to do some maintenance to the units. In our unit the diswasher was missing the front wheels to the dish rack, and the door was broken so it opened about 120 degrees instead of the intended 90. The kitchen tap leaked at the faucet - a lot! Flooded the counter unless you left a cloth to redirect the water into the sink.

Nice rooms but a bit aged.

We only stayed one night here but it was a pleasant surprise! The suite was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. This would be a lovely place to stay for a multiple nights or even a full week. The Wi-Fi was out the one night we stayed, but there was cell service in the area so it wasn’t a huge issue.

Love the location. King bed was comfortable. AC was truly appreciated. Nice to have a kitchenette. The room is dated… flooring and tub are worn. Time to renovate.

Rooms are getting dated, bathroom’s especially could use a remodel. Pool area is great. Really quiet place - never hear any other room noise. Lots of parking and great being in the mountain.

Our tub was clogged, and filled with water while showering. Not impressed, however, they did have someone come to fix it right away, they poured a chemical down the drain without warning, which was so awful we couldn’t stay in the room and closed the bathroom door with the fan on to get rid of the smell. My husband has asthma which was hard for him to breathe afterwards. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and annoying. The rooms are dated also and only one hot tub was working. The staff was friendly though and helpful when we needed more towels and bedding as there were 4 of us in the room and only 3 towels and not enough pillows.

Pull out couch was not comfortable

Was a great location for golfing, the condo needs updating but it was well stocked. The check in was smooth but our room keycards kept being deactivated. Was managed though.
Will stay here again.
