Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Break fast good with waffles, cereal and fruit

Clean, friendly staff, easy access from highway

When we arrived, the safe didn't work. There reply was no one usually uses them anyway. No one showed up to fix. Ended up doing it myself. Twice the toilet kept running because the chain kept falling off. As for the full hot breakfast, that was a joke. It consisted of bread, cereal yogurt and a bowl of bananas. Last year I stayed at the hotel across the street. Their hot breakfast usually consisted of bacon, sausage, home fries eggs etc. etc.. What one would expect if they advertise "FULL HOT BREAKFAST". I guess in hindsight, you get what you pay for.

Clean, quiet, friendly, good value for price.

The room was clean but run down and smelled like curry for some reason. The temperature was at 65 degrees when we arrived. When I arrive at a hotel room at 1;30 a.m. that has been reserved weeks in advance, I should be able to immediately go to bed in a room that is a reasonable temperature. Breakfast was horrible. Why advertise it if you are not going to provide something decent. All that was there was bread, waffles, some yogurt and some cereal. Not a bagel or a muffin in sight. No fruit. We left without eating and picked up something on the road. A decent edible breakfast for two is a $20 value. We won't be back. Unfortunately, this was our second miserable experience at a Quality Inn in the last six months. We are striking this chain off our list.

Convenient for a trip south.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10.

The bathtub was dirty, the ac didn’t work properly and there was a lot of noise from the next door room.

Great Location, Price and room. Breakfast look elsewhere for Staff were friendly, building clean and grounds clean Room large and clean, Bed comfortable Parking okay.

Hotel not in the greatest area

Wonderful stay. Exactly what was needed for this trip. Second trip here and there will be a third in the future. I just wish there was a protein source offered with the breakfast.

Be prepared for a subpar hotel stay in a heavily neglected facility. While staff was pleasant the facility would send me running for hills if I had to stay longer than our one night. The most dirty room walls and maintenance neglected room I have ever stayed. Flickering room lamps, bathroom fan noise similar to train running by, dirt on the walls everywhere in the room, mold in the bathroom, dust and thick spider webs in literally in every single corner of the room and ceiling. The office chair state was deplorable and crawling bugs on the wall. The best and laughable part was the envelope left to tip the housekeeper for their hard work.I have seen 2 cleaning carts next morning but not a single vacuum for the carpets. This hotel allows pets!I pray they vacuum the room carpets but have not seen single evidence it actually happens. I have not taken any pictures to avoid being irritated but the state of the room was shockingly neglected.

The staff was friendly and excellent. The breakfast that was shown and described in the description was not what was available. Basically just a Continental breakfast was available.

Our air conditioner didn’t work in the first room we were in but the girl at the desk changed us with no problem at all

First of all, the hotel details at the time of booking stated there was a pool. When we checked in the hotel stated they just updated thier description to remove the pool since it has been closed foe 3 years. Second thing, no shower curtain. Third..decided not to eat breakfast as the waffle maker had burnt batter and was not cleaned from day before. (We walked in breakfast area upongm checkin)

Quick weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and suited our needs. Staff was friendly.

It was good for the price except our towel was very dirty and we noticed not soon enough

First of all, we paid extra to find a hotel that offered breakfast and a pool. This is listed as having a pool but it doesn’t. It is listed as having breakfast but that included a choice of three yogurts. Not three different flavors but three containers total. And aldis bread next to a toaster. And cereal without milk. And a waffle maker. So we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. Now I remember reading reviews about the noisy toilet. I thought “that is dumb who complains about the noise of the toilet”. Now I understand. It sounds like a screaming banshee. I had to cover my infants ears out of fear of him having hearing loss. Then speaking of the bathroom it was gross. Huge yellow stain on the floor of the tub. Mold around the grout. The room was moist and smelled mildewy. The carpet felt wet. It was awful. I smirked every time I saw the “quality you pay for” slogan. What a joke. I could’ve paid the same down the road for holiday inn express and gotten breakfast and a pool. Which I already thought I was paying for here for $10 less a night.

There were a few things that were left in room by prior guests that cleaning staff mixed. Front desk worker was very nice and helpful. Hotel was perfectly acceptable for the price.

I love how they are redoing the rooms and keeping them up. I was here years ago and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing i was disappointed about was that the pool is no longer there!

On line photos were misleading. Showed a pool that was not available and breakfast photo showed eggs and sausage that also were not available. Would stay there again.

Friendly employees. Rooms were clean. Needed better lighting in bathroom.

We booked 4 rooms and one smelled very bad. The staff was very polite but the hotel was full. They had rented to people with 2 dogs the week before us and it smelled like dirty feet. The carpet was wet in another room and smelled of chemicals. It didn't dry until the next day.

Property and rooms were overall ok, but facilities for the price were very less and even the breakfast options could improve.
