For the prize was ok. Location was very good. Hotel needs renovation. The blinds were dirty. We couldn’t close the door to the bathroom. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall the hotel was decent. Unfortunately, the TV barely worked. Likely related to the poor wifi. We were unable to watch anything without it buffering constantly and freezing. The shower was also not great. The water took a very long time to warm up and even when “warm” wasn’t very hot.

The place is charging more than I pay for when you there they charge me $134 more for the room the excuse was the bar that a never used I they didn’t give me the money back! Never go back there again and my friends will be notified about this hotel!!

For the price is it not worth the spend. Floors in the rooms are uneven, water pressure is horrible and barely any hot water.

There was space between the room door and door frame. The full size bed squeaked a lot. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed was very low to the floor. There was space between the bathroom's door and door frame. The bedroom furniture looked very old. The dresser drawer, night stand and chair were metal the night stand and dresser drawer had sharp edges. My fiancée hurt her leg on the corner of the dresser drawer and I hit my foot on the dresser drawer. The bathroom shower is very small. The toilet has a very weak flush. You have to flush at least twice to get all contents down. The sink had a large chip on it. The tile floor had marking all over it. Most likely from the metal furniture being dragged across the floor. The metal chair was not comfortable. One of the wall outlets would not hold my cellphone plug securely in the outlet. No cellphone docking station. No phone for the room. The television only had 6-8 channels. Only 2 channels came in clearly (poor signal). Very uncomfortable stay at this hotel. I would never go back. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The was no phone in room ,the was a terrible smell of urine all through hotel..Also the charge for service but noone cleaned my room the whole weekend

I wouldn't stay here again. My back hurts because they need new mattresses. The bed is horrible.The room floors are lopsided, the bathroom sink was new but go to the shower u can tell there was mold in the grout.n the bathroom floor was lopsided as well. But their restaurant was wonderful food was great. Oh, and 1 of the staff (girl) kept bumping me didnt say excuse me or anything.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, beach, and cocktail bars. The other guests were loud and woke us up twice in the night.

The hotel room was very clean, the bathroom was nice and the shower was fantastic. It was spacious. The artwork was a little salacious, but everything else was great.

The location was great but the bed was so uncomfortable the slates were broken so it was like a dip in the bed and it made noise everytime you moved. There wasn’t a security lock on the door which made it feel like someone can just come in and the walls are super thin so you can hear talking all the time. Also the TV wouldn’t stay on consistently it kept turning off. I would not recommend this place unless you just need somewhere to shower and chill a minute.

Hotel is in a great area. Walking distance to everything. The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. However the bartender in the lobby was very rude

Disappointed by condition of room. Floors sloped. damaged floors, dirty blinds in main window, bathroom window filthy and blinds filthy, broken floor tiles and missing pieces. Metal dresser rattled when you walk in room. No control over noisy neighbor that started party at 3:30AM-4:30AM. No local TV channels and remote control had dead batteries. Appears conditions are neglected,

Cute Mexican restaurant located in the lobby with decent food. Staff was never super friendly except for the bartender. Room was a little rundown. Door to the bathroom didn’t close properly and there were soft spots in the floor near restroom.

NICE LITTLE QUAINT HOTEL CLOSE TO SOUTH BEACH AND MOST RESTAURANTS. MY ROOM WAS ON THE 1ST FLOOR CLOSE TO THE EXIT SO YOU CAN HEAR A BIT OF TALKING AND MUSIC FROM THE ADJOINING RESTAURANT BUT IT DIED DOWN AT A DECENT TIME SO IT WASNT REALLY A BOTHER. NICE AND CLEAN AND GREAT FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY.

Upon my arrival
I was told initially I would just pay a fee of 85.90 at the property when I arrived to pay for my room. It was to my surprise that when I got to the hotel I was hit with a outrageous 300 fee that was not the 85.90
On top of that the hot water in the room was iffy on working
The sink had problems as well
There was no microwave
Which all in all made my stay not that great.
Only thing that helped it was that it is close to the night life of south beach.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone even my worst enemy.

Literally was up all night a guy played musics I mean loud music for 6 hours straight the front evicted him after 1 hours of beating on his right next to mines once in they took another hour to get him out so imagine that I didn’t sleep at all I ask for any kind of accommodation they said we don’t do that it’s sad and disrespectful ass hell I was in disbelief that they wouldn’t make it right knowing what they put me through

Very cool property. Clean and friendly staff. Shower leaked out of enclosure but they knew and hafnt fixed. Bar and restaurant had great vibe. Very walkable to beach.

You get what you pay for. The room is tiny but cute. Not your typical hotel, read the all the fine print so you’re not surprised when they don’t come clean the room. It’s a boutique hotel and most of them are run this way. Btw, Miami has a service charge at many restaurants, it’s a percentage that gets tacked on to your bill. Staff was nice but I think the overall neighborhood is rough and expensive.One and done. Spring break in Miami is overrated.
