Best Western El Sitio Hotel

I stayed at the hotel from July 7th to July Here is my feedback. The entire staff from the front desk, to those who kept the surroundings clean and those who work in the restaurant are simply wonderful. Polite, respectful, helpful. I love the open concept of this hotel and the lovely and constant breeze made being outside very comfortable in spite of temperatures that soared to the low 90s. Great pool. Love the fountain. The walls of the pool need a good scrubbing as some parts feel slimy: like moss or algae. Grounds fabulous: Guests should know that peacocks, other birds and iguanas are on the property. Love the peacocks and birds. I am afraid of lizards so it was not a pleasant surprise to see iguanas at the pool. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious, fairly priced and the amount, more than sufficient. Off candles in the corners of the open cocept dining area to minimize flies would be helpful so guests can enjoy the dining experience unbothered. I truly had a great time and hope to visit again.

Food was great, room was clean

This is a decent place to stay for just one night before our flight on the next day. The hotel offers free breakfast. You might find few insects in the room, but this is common in Costa Rica. There are also some peacocks in the hotel

Excelente todo
