Fantastic location and facillities

One of the most spacious units across Sydney, and reasonably priced. If it's at all possible, this is my go to in Sydney each time I come for meetings. And an easy walk from Wynyard station. Just be aware that you won't find the entrance in York Street! You need to enter from Jamison St, directly opposite St Philips Church. Is also a great place to stay for a holiday as you can self cater with a Woolworths also an easy walk.

The apartment suite was nice. The refrigerator was noisy when it was running

We liked the size of the apartment but basic hotel standard facilities like having shower wash, shower cap, biscuits to have with cup of coffee were missing. We couldn’t get into our room just 25 min before check in time because “the room wasn’t ready” and at 2pm had to wait behind a line of people checking in. We presumed then there is a staff shortage.

Room was great and clean, a little outdated and some areas could use a refurb.
Reception staff were the worst I’ve encountered, not polite, welcoming or helpful.

An excellent, well appointed property which was within walking distance of Circular Quay and The Rocks. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated.

I travel a lot and this was the noisiest hotel I've ever been. Stayed 8 nights, loud noise night and day from heavy traffic coming down Harbour Bridge. The first room assigned on 14th floor had a smell. We asked to change and were given one on 12th floor much older and and much noisier. We asked for an upgrade, were told to pack suitcases and go to reception but then the attendant couldn't do the switch as the room had been given to someone else. The female at reception gave us a complimentary bottle of wine
voucher to sooth us. We went back upstairs and got stuck in that nightmare for another 6 nights. We complained to the manager, he told me to write an email but I'm still waiting for the reply. After that he never acknowledged us and never said good morning or good night. Actually, almost none of the staff bothered to say hello. When we left I gave the wine voucher at reception, told the woman that we had a beer, a lemonade and a small packet of munchies. She said it's all good. Today I've noticed that I've been charged $25 for the complimentary wine! I'm expecting to be refunded. Perhaps the main problem is that altough is called Swiss, I haven't seen a single swiss working there. I don't recall any names because no one introduced themselves. Everyone behind the counter was busy writing or reading, or hiding in a space alongside the counter. I would recommend this hotel only to my worst enemies. Disappointed is an understatement. Martino

The place is not bad, but they charge you even you didn't take anything from the minibar. For me is that unacceptable. It is not fair to the guests pay money for not using anything. I would never visit this place again.

Great location at a good price but my room on the 26th floor was old, decaying and filthy. So you get what you pay for.

Front of house staff were amazing, ready to help at any given time. Views of the harbour from our private balcony were a nice surprise. Parking was great but hotel needs to provide better direction to access where it is. A big downside was no wifi access in our room to connect to the tv for Netflix ect. Pool and spa were also great.

The property was very well located close to Wynyard metro station and convenient for buses and the light rail. The room was spacious with lots of facilities such as a fridge freezer, microwave, oven , washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was also of a decent size with a bath and separate shower. For me, the only negative was the sound proofing. Despite my room being on the 14th floor, I could still hear the traffic outside and any moise from the corridor outside my room.

The location is perfect , within walking distance of all the attractions in downtown Sydney. Rooms are clean and comfortable although a little outdated in plumbing, taps are old and don’t have much water pressure. Kitchen stove is a bit finicky. Bed was two singles pushed together. Generally a good stay
Staff were helpful, suited our needs as a place to stay and be able to cook for ourselves

I didn't like the noise of the elevator especially during sleep time.

I was initially very impressed with the room. It was huge: living, kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus two big balconies. The decor was mismatched and dated, but that isn’t an issue for us. The split-system air conditioners and capacity to open windows and doors to the balconies meant there was plenty of airflow. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the standard of cleaning in the suite, particularly the ensuite bathroom. The shower was mouldy in all the corners and the strip on the bottom of the shower door left orange stripes on the floor mat. The plastic caddy that held the shower products was removed from the wall and just left sitting in the bottom of the shower, and the back of it was mouldy. When trying to get shower gel from the pump pack, water was being sucked into the container so it was next to useless. There was a large blob of dried toothpaste on the wall, and the floor grout was dirty. Housekeeping made beds, emptied bins and sometimes changed towels, but we were left short more than once, and I used a pool towel from home. One morning I left two wet face washers and the mat on the floor (as per instructions); when I got back one of the wet face cloths was still on the floor and no fresh ones were supplied. The toilet and vanity were not cleaned at all and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The common hallway carpet at the lifts had visible bits on it for five days. The lift doors were smeared and there were missing railings inside.

The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. She was very understanding and caring. First impressions of the place commence with this and were most favorable. The apartments were really spacious and cleaned each day. I loved the balcony where we had our meals overlooking the Sydney harbor. The pool and spa area were children-friendly, but they didn't provide towels for the pool. Thank you most sincerely for a wonderful stay in Sydney, easy walking distance to Circular Quay and George Street, where there was Cinema, Lego store, High End and Chocolate stores and Myers.

Fabulous refurbed unit - staff amazing - no issues - love the position of the York walkable almost to everything & if not Train across road, light rail 1 street over - daily housekeeping could be little better maybe even a vacuum would suffice

Great location, helpful staff, dealing with lack of resources as everyone is. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly or set up on arrival and reception staff did their best to fix it.

Very central to visit many places within walking. Only issue we saw was a shortage of linen, particularly face cloths, other then that it is clean with full amenities and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Great property and location.
Check in was average but otherwise a grest stay.
Booked room for 5 and was above expectations.

Good size for location but needs renovating. No complimentary bottles of water which I thought was basic for hotels. Hard to get through to reception by phone.

Great location, we had a few issues. Every time we used the bath there was a heap of dirt came down from the exhaust fan. The main phone line didn’t work and the smart tv could not connect to the internet, we reported it 3 times and although someone came to look at it one night it was never fixed. Another issue was the cleaner knocked on the door but entered almost straightaway, fortunately we were fully clothed but it really was a little unprofessional.

I booked a room for over $300. Then my flight changed by 24 hours. I gave the hotel one weeks notice and asked for the booking to be changed . They did not reply to my first two requests. The third time they denied my request. Over the years this has happened to me several times. This is the first time that a hotel has refused to cooperate on any level. I will never book or stay at this property again.

Had a pleasant time for 3 weeks.

Newly renovated apartment - top location for Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo etc.
Only problem was night-time construction noise from the renovations to another hotel building next door which great disturbed our sleep unfortunately

This is a very tired hotel very much in need of modernisation and a complete update and refurbishment. We found old rotting food in one of the kitchen cupboards and another kitchen cupboard had a handle hanging on just by a single screw. Why housekeeping or maintenance had not seen these issues and remedied them is beyond me. The 2 bed suites are vast but again the furnishing and fittings are dated and very tired.
