Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Raquel, Joanne and Ricardo at front desk are the best and very professional.

The room was fine. The bathroom was very small but that was expected. I didn’t like that the room was in a smaller hallway behind a bigger hallway door. Didn’t feel safe. Also the door didn’t have an additional lock on it. Would be nice to equip the tools with small safes for valuables.

No window in my room and very noisy AC unit that went on and off during the night. Room was cramped and felt very claustrophobic.

I received a comfortable room that was close to many stores and restaurants. Everything was within a short walking distance and stores were open late. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was super small. The lobby was really nice and the staff was great. Probably wouldn't be my first choice when visiting NYC although the location was optimal if you want to stay in Times Square. The room felt the a room on a cruise ship I couldn't even hang my clothes the closet was really small.

Joanne at the front desk is so helpful and friendly. She has checked me in and helped me get a cab the last few times I have stayed there. Makes all the difference having a friendly greeting and assistance after a long trip. Thank you!

This hotel is in a great location in central midtown and you can walk to anything your heart desires. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are ridiculous- soon as your head touches them everything goes either side and you’re basically guaranteed to throw your neck out.
Our room was located in the stairwell, where the echo caused us to hear everyone coming and going all night long.
And - for 3 nights I paid a total of $986 but that still didn’t even include a fridge in our room!! Staff said we can upgrade to get a room with a fridge. So $1000 doesn’t even get a fridge? Must be the only hotel in America that does it that way. What a con.
If you stay here, avoid room 602. There’s so much better value for money elsewhere.

No bar or food available which was disappointing. Sign outside the lifts advertising happy hour from 4pm -5pm so assumed (wrongly) there was a bar. Which there is however it doesn’t open. We came back to the hotel thinking we could have a nightcap, but couldn’t.

This CQ’s bed room was small and spare, which is perfectly OK by us, but also tired, worn and cramped: viz carpet, ill-fitting entry- and bathroom-doors, ill-fitting basin-plug, cracked floor-tiles, shelf placed above WC that dug into one’s back, A-C that spewed soot across bed (obviously in need of cleaning), broken coffee-maker. The premises generally were denuded of the small additions (e.g., bananas, wrapped cookies) that once made its public areas attractive. However, the reception-staff were as pleasant, patient, helpful, efficient as ever at CQs, and that was good!

This location is ideal if you're looking to stay near Times Square and Broadway, yet not be in the midst of the madness and crowds. It's also convenient to walk to other sites, like Rockefeller Center, Museum of Modern Art, etc. We had a King Studio and it was very comfortable, clean and cozy. I asked for a room on a high floor towards the back to avoid the noise from the street. It was very quiet on the 9th floor. No view at all, but we didn't care. The staff is lovely here. The only negative comment I might have is that the ice is on the Basement Level, which is inconvenient late at night. The bathroom is tiny but the shower was a good size. A good value for your money and the location, staff and comfortable bed makes this hotel a winner.

Good area you can walk to Times Square and I love the hotel. Hallways are bit narrow but it was not an issue for us. We had a good time nice and quiet super convenient for us

Great location but low on amenities. The staff were wonderful, very kind & attentive. The air conditioner was ensconced in a box & one had to use a remote to operate it. It stayed rather warm in the room. Our particular room was on the small side. We came to NYC to roam, not stay in the room, but the room could have been a little bigger & had better air.

The room was fine but being street side was VERY loud all through the night with construction at all hours. The bathroom shower was difficult to keep water from running out into the floor.

It was comfortable but so tiny for the price and vintage. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. My request were handled quickly.

The location of this Club Quarters Hotel is excellent. There are two great restaurants across the street, a Manhattan Cafe market and food court, great Irish Pubs and a Starbucks on the same block. Times Square is a short walk as is Grand Central and 5th Ave. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was incredibly small but most are in Manhattan, which we didn't mind but some may not like that. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Club Quarters offered a phenomenal stay. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean. It offered everything that we could have needed for a stay near Times Square at a very reasonable price.

Nice property convenient to Broadway, 5th Avenue, and subway. I liked the size of the room-big for NYC. Also liked the water available on each floor. Economical and environmentally friendly. Only issue might be noise from street from trucks outside but that’s New York.

The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable when I had questions, About a seven minute walk to Time Square! I will recommend and will stay again when visiting New York!

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was so walkable for Times Square and the theatre district. Lots of great restaurants nearby abd don't miss happy hour in the lobby bar.

Everything you want and/or need is within walking distance. Times Square is literally just a few blocks around the corner.

Thin window panes. i heard the garbage trucks throughout the night, clearing out the trash and making so much noise. Didn’t quiet down until 3:00am and then morning traffic began an hour later. Sleep was impossible.

The staff is very welcoming. The room we had was on a smaller side (typical for NYC), but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C-Heater was loud. There's free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Close to main attractions. Overall a good experience.

I had always previously stayed at Club Quarters on 51st street until it closed and was delighted to find this very convenient location. I am just as impressed by the service and comfort that this property offers. Everyone is so friendly and efficient - you really do feel very welcome.
