We loved almost everything at the resort. Only complaint is the fridge is full on sensors removal items which made it impossible to use the fridge for any of our own personal food/drink items The TV was odd. Didnt have basic channels like NBC or CBS. It also had slight reception issues. But other than that, the restaurants were EXCELLENT! The Casino was well laid out. The rooms were comfortable and best yet? We won at the touch screen roulette table. Yay! We'll be back!

Resort is definitely overpriced; - the amount of money that we have paid versus the quality of the premises doesn't make any sense. Smoking policies in the Casino is just disgusting; - everyone smokes, and the smell is unbearable.

Besides the one check in lady the staff was amazing. Super nice and helpful. A little confusing with some miscommunication with the players card, but heard they had a bunch of new hires. We figured it out but just took a little longer and had to ask questions (New to the whole casino membership stuff) Bed was comfortable. Valet parking and bell hop is definitely a plus. Makes your time way more relaxing.

Went for an over night stay for Valentines day, worth it clean, everyone was nice. Husband an I have stayed at several hotels an one other casino an this one was by far the best. We will definitely stay again even though it was a 4 hour trip. 😁

Quick trip from the city. Free valet parking, very friendly hotel, poolside, and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean. Odd that a resort hotel room has no fridge though. We had a nice stay.

The property was beautiful. We had snow on the ground and it was very picturesque (Feb 20, 24) The biggest problem is the constant smell of cigarette smoke no matter where you were. This is despite clearly marked no smoking areas like the lobby, hallways etc. Not to the point where you see it, but really quite annoying. All of the clothes we wore in the casino stunk of smoke when we came even though we mostly stayed to the non-smoking section (which was pretty small). Even in our room there was a faint smell. Much like the joke of the old non-smoking section of an a airplane, the smell permeates everywhere. Of course in the casino it is really strong. Somewhat to be expected but what a shame, it really downgrades the experience. We are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke so probably will not be going back. Unfortuaate because the room was really nice and spacious, bed was amazing, pool was fabulous and staff were great. Be advised that self park is quite a distance so you may want to use valet. We choose not to since wanting to get stuff out of the car. We ate at Guy Fieri's and that was great. Also, there is no property map to be found anywhere which was quite odd. I wish casinos would just bite the bullet and go non-smoking. If it weren't for the smoke I'd give the place 5 stars.

The hotel room was clean and all the staff were very accommodating. Negatives: No room fridge, smokers were all over the non smoking section in the casino, Guy Fieris was disappointing, Smell of air freshener in the hallways Positives: Cleanliness of entire resort, Buffet and Italian Restaurant were delish, Bellhops were very friendly

This property is beautiful, clean rooms and all around. The buffet is ok, the stake house is good too, Chinese restaurant was amazing. But the sports bar is really bad they just take too long to serve, just for everything we were there waiting for a drink more than 40 minutes. Hotel is nice just not a lot to do. Only the pool was the big entertainment. If you are not a casino player this is not for you.

Press, it was my anniversary with my husband we celebrated 5 years together and we just wanted a local getaway due to the ependpent storms that we have experienced in a Poconos for the past couple of weeks. So we decide this day local. So glad we did. It was a very Good Night. Stay very nice room pulls with clean. It was absolutely phenomenal even in late night service. Although I did not like the fact that they added their tip to my bill. Otherwise it was all good great place to stay.

Besides the slots being ridiculously tight all night the hotel and rooms is amazing. Only cons is the heavy smoking in the casino area and the parking is an inconvenient walk to a parking lot especially if you have lots of luggage. Also not much room to walk from your car with traffic coming.

Everything was perfect but the only thing is that this resort is just for people over 21 years old and every time you want to have a drink I go to the casino they still ask you for a ID when the Resort is just for 21 years and up, just doesn’t make any sense, you need to care your ID or password all over the place…
