Stayed for 2 days for business, mostly because of it’s proximity to my office and the unavailability of essentially every other hotel in the area (last minute trip). Arrived and was frankly surprised it was rated so highly on hotels.com. Old, stale, terrible mattress, and awful bathroom with extremely bright white light that made you feel as if you were in prison. Musty smell throught the entire hotel. A couple clients were surprised to hear I had decided to stay there, even offering to book me a new hotel (unfortunately—none available in the area). I paid around $300usd per night (supply and drmand, I guess). In my opinion, the hotel was would be more approriately priced at atound $80usd a night. That being said, staff was very nice so no issues there.

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the past 10 years and they act like I'm a new customer. The rate that Expedia quoted is NOT the price I paid. The eating area was EXCELLENT, but the shower and bathroom had sitting water and mildew. I did NOT feel like any VIP status and of all the travel I have had around the world, this was NOT the quality for what I paid. Disappointed and after all these years, this will probably be the last time I stay there when I go to Sao Paulo

Location was the best, beautiful view of some modern buildings and a park. Bathroom is pretty small. Amenities could be upgraded. Even though I asked for a room with one queen bed for two I was given a two-single bed room.

The air conditioner was not working so they had to bring me a separate AC unit. I have seen this as a comment from other guests. The sink was leaking so that had to fit it. The towels were old and had stains on them. The hotel is just quite old. You have to hit the elevator buttons for them to work. The hotel really needs renovating.

The hotel location is good, closed to the two mall and bar. The water pressure of shower is good, The gym is not ready yet, now only has two treadmill, The worse part is Wi-Fi connection is not stable disconnect most of time

Estanplaza is in a great business area, very well located in front of the most elegant mall the JK you can cross the street. We felt very safe, excellent breakfast ! From brazilian to international food and abundant !

It was a good experience. When i need a milk for my son at 4:30 am, they get some for me at the kitchen. And all the time they were very attentive. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is very nice, surrounded by restaurants, shopping mall´s and with facility to transportation. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very cozy and the hot tub along with the spa guarantee moments of relaxation after a tiring day.

I had a great stay in this hotel. As a gold member, they gave me an upgrade which was very appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Stayed for three nights.

The place was very nice and the rooms where always maintained well. I have only a couple of complaints. When you check in in most hotels they tell you about things like the Wi-Fi password and when breakfast is served. The person who checked me in say nothing about the hotel. Also my key became disabled twice while I was there for 2 weeks. No big deal but I expected a bit more based on the class of this hotel.

Although the hotel was clean, it was stale and uncomfortable. The staff was rarely at the desk and finding someone was difficult. For the amount of money that was paid, I expected something 3-4 times better than this. Would recommend to others that they stay away.

Stuck in elevator for 30 minutes; elevator emergency phone wasn't answered; people at front desk did not hear alarm bell, and they are right around the corner from the elevator bank; Ask to speak to management for 2 days; no response. Front desk people not knowledgeable re restaurants. Put into room with malfunctioning internet access; and they knew it.
