Be careful in this hotel. Some thieves scammed me out of a $50 deposit, which they say is refundable and they never returned it to me. Later, scammers do not give an answer.

The staff amazing, room was clean has a nice smell to it. It’s an older place needs minor thing’s done. But overall it was nice.

The location is great for me. There were a couple of power outlets not working properly.

Roach infested, iron did not work and had roaches in the water part. Shower head did not work properly & hot water was not hot.

The room had old gum on the floor!! We didn’t even use the shower! Won’t go back! Had our reservation for about a week and the evening we were to check in recd a call that our king room was no longer available. Asked us to book a suite. After plainly letting them know I wasn’t paying anymore they had a queen room available. Some motorcycle event came into town and all the rooms were over $100. Will not use again!!!

The advertised shuttle service is not operational. Smoke detector in the room was ripped out and light stand and chairs were old and rusty

I can bring my animals and itvis quite. Small tv, light in bathroom and sink area did not work.

If you’re looking for a basic place to sleep and shower and not much else, this is the place.

This was a nicer room than I expected and it was great that it was pet friendly. But I was very disappointed with the tub. I thought I would have a tub big enough to bathe in, but this didn't even have a plug yo keep the water in. Other than that I was very pleased.

Generally it was all ok. Only opportunity area is the check in process that is outdated

The hotel is not up to state safety codes. The smoke detector was not functioning. Live wires were exposed and if there had been a fire, my dogs and I would have died. I noticed it in the morning and when I checked out I advised the lady at the desk. He confirmed that they were of the problem but still rented the room. The light in the bathroom flickered and wouldn't turn on completely. The bathroom was unsanitary since there was not lid on the commode. The air conditioner was extremely noise and would not cool. The hair dryer was so loud the person next door complained. Two other amenities were missing: no complimentary breakfast and no iron in the room. And if that wasn't enough, the night clerk was not nice.

Avoid at all costs. This is crack addict central.

This is a good location close to the airport. The staff are cool. The rooms are big and they are pretty clean.

The type of room I reserved was not available. They did give me another type of room though.

If you just need a room to spend the night, its ok. Not fancy about this place.

Horrible bed bugs walked in the room and checked right out

Tossed my stuff out, nothing too important but moneys worth of stuff. Acted like it was impossible that the staff could have touched my stuff, said it wasn’t even in the trash anywhere.

I prepaid the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived they informed me the price had increased and I had to pay an additional fee which was double the room rateI was stuck so I had to pay or no place to sleep the night

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The front office people were the only nice and civil people. The house keepers were extremely rude, they called my son an IT, and argued with me about new sheets, called me dumb. It was ridiculous. I got a refund and left. Horrible hotel

I had worked so late and had to go back in 5 hrs. I grabbed this deal and it was worth every penny. Clean friendly. I will stay here again on my next round of shifts

Dirty floors, broke curtains, lamps without bulbs, dresser was broke, toilet didnt work.

The room was great for the price and I was pleased with the room, but I had issues with the service. I never right reviews, but I was so frustrated with this trip. I checked in super late and was left standing at the check in counter for 20 minutes waiting for the clerk to come back. He apologized and upgraded my room, but then realized I was staying for a week and woke me up in the morning to tell me not to unpack because they had to move me to another room. The ice machine was broken and not fixed for 5 of the 7 days I was there so I had to buy my own ice. At check out I arranged their free shuttle to the airport, but when their shuttle broke down, they didn't tell me and I was going to have to pay for a taxi, which they called and never arrived. If I had know, I could have arranged my own transportation. Me and two other guys waiting for the taxi almost missed our flights. After a very frustrating week I was grateful that the front desk guy actually locked up and drove us to the airport himself, which was very generous of him and I just barley made my flight because of him.

After having a horrible flight experience and being stranded in Houston, all of the hotels were booked and this was my only option. There were a lot of stranded travelers making their way to hotels so I called to see how often the shuttle ran. I was told it would be there after 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again and the staff told me the first shuttle was full and it would be around again in 20 minutes. It never came. Just when a couple of other frustrated travelers and I were about to pay for a cab, the "shuttle" came. It was a small SUV that sat 7 people if the third row was erected. No wonder it was always full! When we got to the hotel, there were two large white vans that I assume they could have used to shuttle people to/from the airport. When we checked in, we were notified that the "shuttle" only ran once an hour to take people to the airport and 7am was already filled. So many of us had to be at the airport several hours early in order to take advantage of the "shuttle." When I got into my room, it was relatively clean but there was a dead roach behind the toilet. The next morning, we got up to catch the "shuttle" which had apparently broken down overnight so the staff told us they had called two taxis to take us. When we got in the taxi, the driver told us it would be $20 cash for a ride to the airport. After a little haggling, we finally convinced him to take it up with the hotel to get payment. I would not recommend this place.

If you are looking for a good bargain and just a place to sleep, not having too much budget, this hotel is a good choice. It's convenient, literally right next to the airport and the highway. Oh, there is a Sony fast food place around the corner and we don't have it in the area we live, so it was fun to see it there. (P.S. We arrived at 2am in the morning and the staff was very helpful and friendly.)

The hotel was a bargain. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of a shopping mall and other shopping.The only thing that needs improving is the airport shuttle pick-up at the airport. You often have to wait almost an hour. I have stayed at this hotel three times.

Hotel was okay for the money. I wasn't really comfortable with outdoor room entrance, but should have realized that earlier than I did. The desk attendant said the second gate was closed at night and there was round the clock security. The rooms were clean and charming.
