Club closed at 12:55 am and you couldn't get a drink after that. There's times when every restaurant is closed and you cannot eat. Your fridge is not stocked with beer or drinks they don't seem to care much, entertainment did not exist except for some guys hired by the pool to flirt with the ugly women. Not great at all I used to stay here back in the day was much better

Condition of property and rooms has declined dramatically since my stay in 2008!

The service at property was poor and we had to call numerous times to have someone to pick up our luggage and no one came. We end up taking the luggage down ourselves.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, great value. It is not a five star place but also doesn't cost that much.

Not having elevators made it very inconvenient for me. Too many kids in the hot tub No kids should be allowed in the hot tub. Never had a chance to get in because kids took aver all day.

Stayed here only for a night it was beautiful. Not very walkable everything seemed really far. Mostly spent my time in the jacuzzi that was 24 hours and the bar. The food was good and I enjoyed the show. Did not like that they were trying to sell some drinks as well as the internet for an all inclusive resort. My experience overall was good.

This property has come a long way since I last visited it in 2015. Beautiful upgrades and amazing views. Some of the staff were super friendly mainly the housekeepers and the restaurant waiters and waitress.
Pros: Very clean rooms
Amazing property
Scenic views
Water activities
Secure property
Good drinks
Good cost per night rate
Cons
Limited dining options
Once you check in at 3pm it’s too late to make dinner reservations so you can only go to the buffet
Food at the buffet is horrible
A la carte restaurant food was bland, But I’m use to the area so I mostly ate off property at the local restaurants.
Gift shop is expensive. You can get better prices right outside the resort from the locals for all your needs.
WiFi rates are high and it’s spotty
Some of the restaurants weren’t open at all
Power went out a few times but the backup generators kicked in within a min or two
All in all it’s a beautiful resort and I feel it just need to improve it’s food and they would def hit it out the park.

Had a very nice time. Very helpful in all areas. The only really bad thing is all those locals on the weekends.
Humberto Pichardo, Mister Castillo and Miguel Bueno were exceptional. Would definitely return.

Great for families. Nice, clean room with beautiful ocean view. Good amenities, massages are good. Good food. Safe, gated with wristband entry. Note that any additional guest and friends will have to pay daily resort fee for entry. Will stay again

Unfriendly staff, seascape restaurant very disappointing, only offered octopus based dish , chicken or beef. No water pressure for shower, unable to book excursions on property has to go to street vendors. Fresh fruit on buffets was awesome, but same foods were offered daily

I was traveling with my mom and I had booked 2 beds. Upon check-in the front desk staff noticed I was with my mom and gave me a room with one bed. TV did not work. Drinks in fridge were used probably from prior guest.
