Very enjoyable

My "home away from home!" Bathroom renovations in my house took longer than expected, so I was looking for a reasonably priced local hotel, spur of the moment, for one night. I slept like a baby and would definitely recommend this place!

It was a one night stay so we weren’t expecting nothing glamorous especially for the price. One thing I wish the hotel had was a comfortable bed and breakfast. We woke up with a backache but other than that everything was fine. I liked how the room had a kitchenette and a full fridge in case we had to store food in the fridge or freezer or cook something quick. There was no dish ware in the room so I believe you have to ask the staff for it. The front desk staff were pleasant and gave us a courtesy call before checking out. I also liked that check-in was at 3pm instead of 4pm.

When we arrived to the room there were both dead and alive cockroaches on the refrigerator and countertops. The room had a terrible odor to it and there were two random dirty knives sitting on a countertop next to dead roaches. The towels also had brown stain marks on it. We immediately left and did not spend the night.

Terrible. Everything smelled like weed. Want to set your phone on the table next to your bed? Oops! sorry there isn’t one. Want to sit at the rickety little desk? Sorry, there’s no chair. Want to take a shower? Don’t turn the fan on, or the skunky stench of a hundred rooms will fill the air. This was the most wretched hotel room I’ve ever set foot in. I tried to stick it out for a few hours but I began feeling dizzy from the stink, so I left.

Room smelled smokey and furnishings were all in disrepair. Bed was comfortable

The lights in the elevator were out so it was pitch black. There was a giant hole in the wall in our room. The fire alarms kept going off. I’ll never book here again.

We got to the hotel late after a concert. It was overbooked and we did not get a room. We were forced to drive home late at night which wasn’t planned for.

First ever low rating. When we opened the room door we were shocked: the beds were not made at all, the was a total mess, not cleaned.

The stay was great

We had to face unauthorized and intimidating people on the parking lot when my family with 2 little kids returned from Newark / NY around 11 PM on Saturday night (07/15). That person was constantly around our car looking for stealing something. Property owner should work with police to do something about it.

The room had no air conditioning and it was hair all in the shower. My boyfriend through he even heard someone in the room with us 😭went outside to smoke and some guy randomly walked up on us being weird. I will NEVER stay here again

Nice person at front desk. Had to change first room. Property needs some updating. Very noisy floor above my room.

Very sufficient for a one night out business stay.

Very nice and quiet stay. Everything was “fine” if not amazing. High efficiency toilet was not very good at flushing. Have a bucket of water ready to add as you flush or be prepared for drawn out flushing battles.

Bathroom was a little shabby

Service was absolutely horrible. I made the mistake of booking this hotel after check-in hours and it took calling Hotels.com and a representative to call the hotel for someone to answer to confirm we could actually check-in. The staff member who checked me in was rude and barely spoke. I tried to read the 3 papers he gave me and he rushed me to sign the top sheet so I tried to respect his time and just signed and left. I had questions but thought I’d save them in the morning when I got a receipt. Wrong. We didn’t go to sleep until after 2 AM and our room phone rang at 7 AM and the staff told us something was wrong with our credit card and I had to run down to the front desk immediately. I did, only to be scolded and yelled at by two staff members since I had made a mistake from an assumption. I was so upset after getting 4.5 hours of sleep, I could have cried. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The female attendant offered to give us a late checkout on the house after I explained everything and why I made an assumption and she seemed sympathetic. I just couldn’t believe I had been woken up and scolded after being probably the last guests to check-in. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other hotel. The one staff member believes it’s your job to ask questions and state everything he needs to know up front, so I hope you read every policy you can find before going. I hope no one ever has the same experience.

Did not like room dark and glummy

I would say that it is fair for the price and the amenities available are above and beyond what is usually available. There is a full kitchenette with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave and cabinets, as well as free cable television, wifi and air conditioning.

Didn’t get an updated room when one was available. Rug stunk door to room didn’t close properly fridge was old and dirty. Tv did not work

Prepaid the reservation and showed up with a valid confirmation. The hotel was full and the front desk receptionist would not assist in anyway. She barely spoke English and would not even attempt to get us a room in another hotel. 3 other people were in the lobby with the same issue. They had no plan to make up for their error except to leave everyone on their own without accommodations.
