It was ok, the beds are really hard and not east to sleep on. But the room was clean and front desk were nice

Good place to stay Staff was very helpful. This is a pet friendly place. So we needed to move when the neighbor left their barking dogs unattended.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and we always love it. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the pool is warm, the hot tub is perfect temperature, and the breakfast is delicious and very well stocked.

The room was a decent size with a large sofa. The problem was the thermostat in the room was purely decorative as it didn’t matter how low I set it the room stayed a constant warm temperature.
The hot tub was great but the pool was cold. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
There is also a lot of road construction in the area and Waze sent me into a few road closures.

The manager that was on staff was very dismissive . I had made request prior to booking and they were not honored . The manager stated that this was because I booked through a 3 rd party . There was a lot going on in the halls, the pool was closed,the elevator barely worked . This stay was a disgrace to the Hilton name . I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. There was one staff that went above and beyond to rectify the situation even when the manager wouldn’t.

Initial check was fine. My room was “ready” at check in. We switched rooms to be on the same floor as the rest of my family. The room we got was full of ants. We complained and they stated they would send a maintenance man to our room after an hour he never came. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a new room about an hour and a half later.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean. Our room was a suite with a separate bedroom which is what we always look for. We had our dog with and it was great for him too.

Comfortable, relatively quiet, and nice breakfast. Easy parking and check-in/check-out. Friendly staff. Once the touch-ups are done, I'm sure it will be even better.

The property was under construction so some places just didn’t have a good feel (missing trim, unfinished painting, missing light fixtures, etc). The bathroom door didn’t lock in our room. Breakfast was pretty good and all of the staff were kind.

We had a suite over the weekend and it was a super great fit for our family. There was construction going on, so some things were in the process of improvement throughout other areas of the hotel including the elevator. The pool was nice and moon checkout is awesome. Will probably stay here again.

The property was in the middle of an ongoing renovation when we stayed there (in August of 2023), but the room was great and the amenities (pool and breakfast) were perfect for our family vacation.

Room was nice & clean updated, but as we started to use the toilet after flushing it wouldn't fill back up to flush again so we reported it someone came to fix it but same thing happened again so they move us to another room. Overall it was ok, love the location it was close to everything on our list

We paid $500 for only one night stay in the three bed suite room. I had ugh expectations considering the price. We were disappointed upon entering the room. Here is just a few reasons why I thought it wasn’t worth the price tag:
The couch and living room chair were disgusting.
The carpet was sticky.
None of the phones were connected to the outlets.
The remote controls didn’t work for all the TVs.
The coffee creamer in the cupboard looked like it had been collected for who knows how long, in a glass jar.
There were stains (some blood stains) on multiple walls, also including hand prints .
The beds were not queens as presented in the description, they were all full (double) size beds.
We usually love staying at staybridge hotels but this one was a not the same. And for the price we paid, I don’t think was fair for the conditions.
Would not recommend.

It was something that looked like poop on the door knobs when I wipe down the room, there was no screen or lock on the windows so was not able to get fresh air it was nothing thay could do because we booked through a third-party was under construction

Great location! Friendly helpful staff on check in. Happy hour was disappointing but we walked over to Hilton next door & enjoyed their bar specials. Breakfast was good although the breaded egg entre was weird.

I loved the 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathroom the most. Traveling with a 18month old it was perfect.

Very nice. Full black-out curtains would prevent exterior lighting from entering room. Standard ice machine(s) would be more convenient. Otherwise, very much enjoyed.

Bathroom had mold in it.. we got a snow storm and next morning there was zero plowing done by 9 am and had cars stuck all over the parking lot. Hotel next door was plowed out and looking good

We've stayed at other Staybridge Suites and that's why we picked this one for our MN trip. We were slightly disappointed that the entire 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke and even our room considering it was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. But other then that, it's a great place to stay. When I informed the staff, they did try to air it out and spray it down to eliminate that odor.
