Very comfortable and clean hotel in Danbury. We have stayed before due to family in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very accommodating.

The hotel is a decent value for the money, but the room definitely needed some updates (mainly the bathroom tub fixtures). Eve at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

No cleaning or even fresh towels for 4 days! Reception noted and acknowledged the problem every day but nothing was done.

Restaurant on property but breakfast doesn’t begin until 730 on weekend limited and much better value could be found in close proximity even coffee cups provided for only one morning for a two day stay. Limited staff which was evident in general cleaniniess of common areas. Bed was comfortable

Super fast check in and check out. The rooms are very clean and the ambiance is very welcoming. Price is fantastic as well

Great area, not far from the things we wanted to do. Note there is no housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nites and on our 3rd day we asked for towels/sheets, the receptionist seemed reluctant to provide us with towels/sheets which was concerning. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Unlike the other Hotel/ Inn I've stayed at, they clean rooms everyday, here you have to wait 3 days to have a room cleaned unless you request it sooner.
Ethan Allen does not have continental breakfast in AM.
They (Ethan Allen) does provide coffee in AM by front door.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that the fact it is now owned by Ethan Allen and everything within the hotel room itself looks like it’s still from the 1930s!

This hotel operates with very limited staff. I think they only had one person at the hotel overnight.
First the heater on my room was not working; it was after 10pm and they didn’t have anyone to come and fix it. So that night I had to sleep with sweaters. Next day they decided to give me a new room, on that one the bathroom was not flushing… again mo one to fix it.

Beds were a little small for 2 adult people, bathroom and bedroom interior needs to be updated, heater/AC unit pretty loud, and would’ve been nice to have actual “Ethan Allen” furniture/beddings like the name brand itself. Overall, not too bad of a stay. Would probably stay again if I went to visit in the future.

This hotel was fine. The rooms and hallways all seemed to be pretty old and worn. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was great and that staff was friendly and helpful. Overnight staff was not very customer service focused - I needed to print an important document early in the morning and I could not get the printer to work in the business center. When I asked for help he said "there is a printer in there but I don't know anything about it" and went back in the back room instead of trying to help me figure it out.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms for most reasonable price around ! No reason to go anywhere else. Plus restaurant in the hotel which makes it very convenient! Perfect overnight stay for what we needed!
Tom was running the restaurant from server to bartender. He did it all and did a great job!

The hotel was quite lovely and clean and tastefully decorated. Room was clean but one issue that never got resolved was that we could not shower due to no water in the shower. Even when moving us to another room, no water in the shower there either. And our friends that we were traveling with didn’t have running water in shower either. When asked for credit of some kind, the front desk told us to call Expedia where we booked. Hoping that between Expedia and Ethan Allen, they make this right for us and all that stayed there last night that had NO water in the shower.

Our first room had no heat. They gave us a new room. The second room the shower was almost impossible to turn on (the water valve took two hand and while body strength to pull out and on) and then when we finally got the water turned on half the water goes down the drain because the diverter is worn out or has something wrong with it. The main elevator was out of order. They certainly need to work on their facilities! The staff was very friendly and pleasant and appeared genuinely apologetic for so many issues. The bar and restaurant was very nice and the Lobby is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and give them a second chance because it's a great location and the staff was very good.

First room I was in, heater didn’t work, maintenance guy literally was kicking it to “fix” it. Toilet flushed itself every 7 minutes. Door closers broke, so door wouldn’t about shut and latch. Got moved to new room, on the furthest away possible wing, even though the parking lot was empty. Shower head and handle broke. Had to use the back elevator as the front one was not in use, so another 1/4 mile to my wall twice a day. All doors were in poor working condition, either slammed you on the way out or wouldn’t close at all. Restaurant sign stated their hours were M-F 7am to 11am. Pahhh! It was hit or miss if they opened at all, had food ready, etc. The hotel/lobby looks nice from all the pictures and in person, but the rooms/tv/everything hidden from view was quite the opposite. Old, not working, broke, outdated, etc.
