Cleanliness: There were crusty stains on the comforter when we arrived. The entire room had a film of filth and the pool area was obviously filled with mold. Breakfast area was nice, the rest of the hotel was just a regular dirty interstate hotel. Hotel Service and use of Hotels.com: First, when we arrived the receptionist was too busy texting with his AirPods in to even check us in and we stood there staring for at least a minute before he acknowledged us. Later that evening, I messaged the hotel to request to cancel our 2nd nights stay that we had booked. Never received any reply. Went to the front desk in the morning and asked to cancel our next night, the receptionist said if I’d have asked the night before I could have, but not now. I explained I messaged thru the app and he said it didn’t count. So now we stayed at a dirty hotel AND we paid for a 2nd night thanks to hotels.com when we could’ve had it canceled. Would not recommend either hotels.com for the booking or staying here. I’d stayed here several years before and remembered it as a nice little hotel not too far from devaney. It has certainly gone downhill. Would not bring kids here as it was not very clean. Guests in the hallway were very loud and the paper thin walls allowed you to hear everything.

Our room was good but Hotels.com dropped the ball. Quality Inn didn't have our reservation so we were fortunate they still had a room available for us. Very frustrating!

We stayed 1 night to take a break from driving, then stayed again on our way back home. Both nights were great with what appeared to be newly renovated rooms. Great price to stop for the night and leave again.

We stayed in the King suite. The rooms are a good size. The bed is comfortable. We didn't use the hot tub or pool but each looked fine. Hallways were a little unclean but the room was clean. The free breakfast was limited with not a lot of space to sit. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

The bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor. Enough that multiple towels were used to continuously wipe it up. The ice machine was out of service. We had to purchase ice at a gas station. The swimming pool was gross and disgusting… either chunks of vomit or feces in the pool

Food left in fridge. Tub felt like it was going to crack under our weight. Beds need flipped over or replaced. They dip bad. I booked the room for the pool advertised and was never informed until we arrived that it was empty so I had some mad kiddos. Coffee was gross.

They chose to repaint the room and finish the bathroom and hotel doors with varnish that had not dried. It came off on our hands every time we went to open the door. Also it reeked of paint fumes the entire stay. I addressed it with the main desk and they could care less.

This property was being renovated. The room I stayed in was already renovated, It was very clean and looked great. The only problem was the bathroom door was sticky from the paint or whatever was on it. The pool was closed.

Seems like nothing really ever gets TRULY clean here. The towels were laundered but had makeup stains. The room had trash from a previous guest in one of the drawers. The bed had a completely mis-sized mattress pad which was uncomfortable to sleep on (I took it off completely after the first night.) Theyre doing renovations to update some of tge rooms, but a new coat of paint won't be able to hide just how run-down this place feels. Having said that, I stayed here for a 3-night business trip and the hotel successfully did what it was supposed to do: give me a place to sleep.

This property is priced lower than most in the area but being renovationed & 3rd floor is difficult to use. All Rooms are smaller & storing 2 bicycles is difficult. We won’t stay at this property next year I’m sorry to say.

Would not have booked this location if it was known that the property was undergoing construction for water issues. The rooms were musty and damp.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Breakfast had lots of choices and was kept fully stocked. Pool was a great temperature for my kids and the area was clean with chairs and a table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this is our new go-to hotel when in Lincoln!
