By far the worst stay ever and I have stayed in almost every state in the US. Never encountered disrespect like
Mandi the front desk worker. Extremely rude, terrible manners, disrespectful call the cops on us when we did absolutely nothing wrong she walked into our room while we were in the middle of getting dressed without knocking side table was dusty . Smelt like an old house. The worst stay ever!! Breakfast was barely ok. Price was too high for the room. Totally unsatisfactory

I know we didnt pay a ton, but there was dust under the beds, it could have done with a coat of paint, a new vanity around the sink, and the toilet made a dripping sound all night. Might have just been the room, but I wouldnt stay there again. The people were friendly though!

Before checking in there were some issues with authorization on my card. I gave card information over the phone and was told it wouldn’t authorize. Then was proceeded to tell me I needed to come immediately or they would let our room go. We were in town for wrestling and we’re at a tournament at the high school. I got to the property and the card authorized just fine. I then looked at my account and I had 3 different charges that were pending. All attempts from our phone call. These are pending and I am waiting for them to fall off. The property is not well maintained. Our room was not kept well. The ottoman had so many stains on it. I moved it aside and made sure nothing touched it. The bathrooms need a good deep clean. It appeared as their solution for cleaning was throwing a coat of paint on it. The hot tub jets did not work. It has been snowing over night and zero attempts had been made to shovel or clear the snow. Overall for the price I don’t think I will ever choose to stay at this property. There are much better options to choose from.

Great stay. Conveniently off the interstate but not too close. Breakfast was great. My only complaint was someone's dog barking a few times at night but not at fault of the staff.

We were located above front desk/lobby desk clerk and another guest were talking very loudly till 12:30 AM and started again at 6:00 AM. Also she turned on TV in breakfast area so loud it could be heard in our room. All the noise seemed to echo right up to our room. Little or no sleep was had after a very long stressful(because of weather) Drive. Very disappointed

We enjoyed our quick stay here, nice big comfy beds and pillows. Clean room and bathroom, good rates. good breakfast and area. Happy with real cream for the coffee :) kids enjoyed waffles and cereal. I enjoyed the hot selections.

It was a place to lay our head for the night. It was average nothing special. The prettiest part was the lobby. Our bathroom was so dirty and moldy. The comforter had fresh blood drops on it from probably the night before or so it was still pretty bright red, then further down the comforter was dried dark blood. Our room claimed it slept 5 so we booked it for 5 and it slept 4. Asked for a roll away and the person at the desk was inconvienced by our question and annoyed we asked for anything from them. Was disappointed but like i said it was a place to lay our heads for the night. Breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed it as did we.

The room itself was nice and comfortable. Nothing special, but nice enough. Staff was not very friendly and except for check in, we were really never even acknowledged going in and out all week. The "Fitness room" amounted to a treadmill and a bike, only one of which actually functioned.

I use a c-pap. The only place for plugging it in was behind the table between the beds. It was so dirty behind the table that I hesitated to reach down to the bottom plug in. Not enough out lets to charge devices. Other than that the my stay was good.

Very convenient to I90 to get to the airport. It's sort of hidden off the road but that isn't a problem. Very attractive lobby and log railing. Nice breakfast tables. I DID NOT like the height of the "desk" or the chair by the desk. Either they need a new, higher, adjustable desk chair or to cut the legs off of the square table/desk. When I sat down the desk was at about the height of my arm pits. They did have a nice chair and ottoman in the room and a nice fridge and microwave.

I thought I was booking a hotel at the airport because it said LaQuinta at the Bozeman airport. Unfortunately, it was about five miles away. I will be a better consumer next time.

Room smelled pretty bad like smoke, when mentioned to woman at front desk she said “yeah that’s not smoke”, if it wasn’t smoke than they have a bigger problem. Terrible Customer service, will never be back.

They were re-carpeting the upper level so during the day with my wife was wanting to sleep and rest. It was hard to because of the construction. It would’ve been good to know that that construction was going on. We would’ve stayed somewhere else.
During the breakfast time, they kept running out of eggs. It took several times to finally get some.

The main water line burst on the third floor- directly above our room. All of our personal property was soaked /damaged. The front desk pretty much just shrugged and moved us to the basement.

The main enterance and staff were nice and well attended. Once we got in the into the elevator, it went down hill. The elevator, hallway, and room felt like a party went on, very little clean up happened, and then we were rented the room. We didnt feel comfortable enough to stay.

Ok hotel overall. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi is easily the worst you’ll ever use. Beds are nice but the pillows aren’t. You will hear every door in the building open and close. Bring clips for your curtain as there is only the one set and ours would close all the way. Rooms are overall quite nice though.

It needs to be effects that rug was all torn up. The curtains where mass the bathroom could use the update. S, I'm a cleaner fresher lookand drains curtain.
