So good we decided to stay another night

Power was out for few hours, couldn’t sleep because I needed my cpap machine

It's was okay, I just didn't like that on my Friday stay. There was a commotion outside my door loudness people fighting. And Saturday at 1:30 in the morning. There's a lot of door slamming and people talking loud somewhere in the building. It woke me up. But I have to say it's a nice place. Staff was excellent. I heard they took care of the situation as it occurred. But itwas troublesome.

The room we had an old refrigerator that was loud, so we did not sleep well do to the noise. I did mention the problem to the attendant at the desk however all he did was talk about how they have been replacing refrigerators. He mentioned about a new refrigerator he experienced even making noise. I did not mention that a new refrigerator would make a humming sound whereas an older one has a loud annoying motor sound. The room and bath room could use some TLC. Carpet was sticky at some areas. Beds were comfortable and clean. Check in was easy. For the price though, it was not worth it.

This location is trash. Shower was slippery bust my behind then went to lay down and there was a roach on the bed. No refund offered. The manager didn’t care one bit!! At night there is so much traffic in the parking lot and building! Not good traffic either. Had to ask front desk was this in a bad area

The hotel was okay but people there were creepy. It felt like a hotel for homeless people. Got a couple of knocks on my door and it was not from hotel personnel. There was a strong smell of weed right outside the hotel. Several people in there cars for hours. Felt very unsafe.

I don't see why they can't leave coffee and tea out until a little later not everybody gets up before 9:30 we had to ask for more toilet paper for our room they tell you you got a full kitchen and a refrigerator and a stove top but they don't give you anything not one plate not one bowl not one spoon not anything if you want it you could go down to the front and ask and I'll put together a package for you just didn't think that was right plus I don't want to let you come in a little earlier or a little later unless you pay and I think when I have to be to a funeral for 4:00 and I'm from Connecticut and they won't let you in the room till 3:00 I think that's unreasonable then medical examiners found

The main amenity that i was looking for when choosing a hotel to stay at for this trip was a morning breakfast...the breakfast here was no more than a basic continental breakfast which is how it should have been stated instead of the play on words "breakfast on the go" that were used...ill never stay there again.

It’s a nonsmoking hotel but people smoked marihuana and are room smelled like that the smell went truu the went the hallways smelled

The property stank like cat urine in the rooms/hallways and the outside smelled like sewage which our Uber driver pointed out was because we were feet away from a sewage plant. The lady who worked the front desk was barely professional and unpleasant, after waiting 30 minutes to check in (we arrived early, and waited with no problem). She saw us coming and checked in another party that had just walked through the door before us. She pushed the keys across the desk while never mentioning the room number or that we would need to ask for cups or plates and went on to the next person. You don't have to be happy to be at work but at least do the basics.

Unfortunately this was a bad choice for us. The room was OK, nothing special though. The problem was that we had a non-smoking room and in what appeared to be a non-smoking wing and experienced very bad smoke smell coming in from another room, and it was marijuana. We told the staff two days about it and nothing happened. On the third day we said to move us to another wing, and they did. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Booked the last “non smoking” room for 1 night and couldn’t stay there because the smell was so strong. Front desk wan kind and gave me a full refund, but I would never stay at this location, even if I was desperate.

The individual suites are in serious need of updates and repairs, however, and the grab and go breakfast options an embarrassment.

This property is like a housing complex not somewhere to rest and relax dogs barking people sitting in the entrance way with walkers babies crying and loud music blasting doesn’t appears to be a hotel also a fowl smell in the front yard just wasn’t the place for me because I had bad allergies along with asthma and people was smoking in the front entrance and dogs are there that was just not for me not talking down on the property but something drastically needs to be done if it’s been advertised as a hotel because it’s not from my experience.

Horrible. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I felt unsafe. Mold on and IN fridge. Bed was DISGUSTING and super u comfortable. I booked a queen bed and got a full. I found pubic hair THREE times in bathroom. In shower and on the counter. Sink had mold. Two out of the 4 lights were out. Had spider webs in it. When we arrived it smelt like weed. Paper thin walls. Water was freezing cold. I need someone to contact me. Worst experience ever.

Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand, and room was supposed to have been smoke free, but smelled like someone smoked and then sprayed air freshener. Very disappointing.

This was great place for a multi day visit. Clean and a wonderful staff. Close to everything.

I was diappointed that this hotel is still on Covid protacals.
No room cleaning, etc., until we check out. No breakfast other than coffee and gronola bars. We had bo bring our durty towels to the front desk to get clean ones.!!!
Probably won't stay there again.

Not worth the money. The beds are uncomfortable, the room smells like urine and cigarettes, there was nail clippings on the bathroom floor upon arrival, the toilet seat cover is broken in the back and they don’t clean there. The smell gave me a headache. The TV is super small, not centered, or mounted to the wall making it difficult for all bed viewers to watch. For the price it was not worth it. Would not recommend.

The staff was amazing, but the halls and room smelled like cigarette smoke. The stench was terrible. Besides that it wouldve been a nice stay. The in room stove was a nice touch. And the beds/ bathroom were clean. Just gotta take care of the cigarette smell

We only needed the hotel for 1 night attending a convention in providence. The guy that checked us in was WONDERFUL. Polite and kind. The room, was fine overall for what we needed. The beds were small but we knew that. There was nothing fantastic it was all just ok. However, when we found the garbage can we noticed that a. It was still full and b. There was a case of beer still next to it. Immediately it made us concerned for the cleanliness of the hotel. It was enough for us as a lay o ER between convention days, but probably will not book again
