I travel for work: I was so impressed with the staff, anything I requested was done. They had hot cookies in the evening for the guest and Gatorade to grab and go. Lets talk about location, close to the freeway but quite. This will be my new go to hotel. Much thanks again to the staff.

The shower walls had random hairs all over so rarely cleaned. The towels in the bathroom had bugs on them so they have not been moved in a while or the room just hasn't been rented for the night in a while . Wrappers from candy under the bed. We were told we would be charged upon checkin that if we smoked we would be charged (understandable) so when I got to the 3rd floor the hallway was full of marijuana smoke and strong scent. I told the lady at the front desk and she said "they are not suppose to" ...... umm...

The room was old and had parts of the wall that had holes. The bathroom lights and fan need be be updated. I had no hot water so I had to take a very cold shower. It was not quiet at all there were doors slamming all night and dog’s barking. The ice bucket in the bathroom had something brown on the outside that had not been cleaned off.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I would spend a little more and go somewhere else because this is on par with a motel 6. There was nothing quality about it at all. We didn’t pick this hotel it was with a team event but I would not recommend. The shower was brown on the bottom, they clearly don’t know what dusting is, the sink wouldn’t drain, the floor was literally loose under the carpet in multiple spots, the beds are garbage, we had to use the heater and it smelled horrible. Let the front desk know and they said sorry but didn’t write anything down so probably won’t get fixed. Totally would have went somewhere else but everything was booked for events. My son and his cousin went to the car and some shady looking person pulled in and started asking them about a dog and told them they were from the motel 6.

The breakfast provided was wonderful! Lots of choices available. Did not see expect such a nice variety! Seating area large, clean, not cramped. The lobby very nice and welcoming. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Definitely coming back!

Returning home from trip fairly close to airport. Mattress softer than what we like. Big room couch fridge microwave elevator breakfast good bacon eggs waffle and more! Staff friendly, hotel could use some maintenance to freshen up! Still acceptable somewhat tired. Find for travel stop !

The room had a bad smell and it was terribly hot. I am guessing they had a water leak. Because they had big fans in the hallway. The carpets in the halls and stairs were filthy. The breakfast was good and and it is close to the highway.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were very comfortable. It does seem like the sitting room area of my room needed an update. Seemed old. The breakfast was not very good.

The property was overall good. It’s the typical 3 star hotel that is on the 20 year mark (I would guess). Walls are thin so make sure to bring ear plugs. The wall fan/ac/heater is loud so again plugs because it turns off and on about every 10 minutes. The breakfast is the usual one or two hot items (my days were biscuits and hot country gravy and sausage), waffles, cereal and fruit. If I have to really nitpick the door to my room seemed like it was about to break the frame away from the wall. That is because the self closing door is set too strong and that banging over the years has caused the frame to come loose. Also, the beds are getting to the point that the springs in the mattress are squeaking. The frame on the bed is also squeaky from the years of use.

First time staying there and will be my go to hotel. Great price and had very comfy beds and my room was not only very clean, but smelled clean. My friend forgot her insulin in the mini fridge and as soon as they discovered it, they called and made arrangements to get it back to her.

There really aren't "dining options" but there's a breakfast room which offers eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles along with the usual continental fare. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive stayed here before and would certainly syay here again

I mean, it’s a challenging area overall where this is, but conveniently close to RiverBend Hospital. I felt safe and secure here as well as with my vehicle. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet had black paint on it and the tissue box had like soda spots on it and it was gross. Couldn’t shower since there was allot of hair in tub. But overall the staff were amazing.

The rooms look nothing like the photos on Expedia. Futniture is old and beaten up. Both rooms stink, smells are different but are unpleasant, like body odor and musty.

The breakfast was fine, the availability of a king size bed was none, even though the motel was basically empty. Rooms being painted was the explanation. This motel is quite dated. The pool and spa were cold and unavailable. I spent the week before in Palm Springs at a different brand motel that was MUCH better.

Good free breakfast and parking was convenient. Reasonably clean and the staff were friendly. Rooms are somewhat old and small. The TV did not work during our stay. Smoke detector in the hallway beeped all night.

The staff here are the friendliest!! Bed was comfy, place was older but taken care of & there was breakfast in the morning & a working elevator for upper floors. Parking lot was well-lit and area felt safe. Good value!

I normally stay at mid-to higher end and places with lots of good reviews but we picked this hotel due to all other hotels double prices for big football weekend, we got what we paid for, sadly. there were stains in the carpet in the room, the AC unit in the room was very loud, multiple spots on walls that were patched and painted over but not professionally. elevator was beat up inside. you could just tell it was an older hotel. staff was very good

Was not overly impressed with this property. The TV was a Roku tv therefore it had to be hooked to the internet in order to watch any shows. The internet was so poor that it would not stay connected so I was unable to watch any shows and my children were unable to watch their shows.

Excellent customer service & a good breakfast. . Only issue was someone pulled a prank at 3am & pulled the fire alarm. It woke me up & I’m sure other guests. The alarm “WORKS” . It took awhile before it was final turned off. But we all survived.

I gave such a poor rating to this property, because it was just very filthy. The room smelled that we had to sleep with opened windows. Also, the sofa bed that is there is very dirty stains all over. When checking in there was no one at the reception desk and stood there for about 5 minutes. Front desk should have some kind of a bell for notification. The lady didn’t even provided my receipt. I will not reserve at Quality Inn. Hopefully, they can improve!!
