It was amazing , every one in the family like , we did like everything the room nice and clean , food very good , the personal very friendly all then they make you fell like family we love the place and we recommend that place you will like i promete

We made this reservation online. so we didn't know exactly what we were going to get. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a restful night, and the breakfast bar was great. The staff was very helpful if we needed anything extra. Everything was clean. If I have to travel back to this area, we will definitely be staying here.

Overall good but the high way vehicles noice little distracted the sleep at night.

We had a good stay. The room was spacious and the beds and pillows super comfy. The room and bathroom was clean but hallways badly needed a vacuum. Our room had a few maintenance things that needed to be attended to but in the main everything was good. Breakfast was good.
Just can’t stand the smell of pot that seems to be everywhere you go these days including in the hotel which we know is not allowed but it doesn’t seem to stop people using. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room had bugs (maybe some form of a lady bug, but still gross). Bathroom counter, toilet, & shower had hair not wiped up. A/C did not keep room very cool.

I booked a room that fit 5 people but got 2 towels. Phone didn't work which meant i had to go to lobby and ask several times for things. Never got what i needed because they were out of clean towels, etc. Some USB and electrical outlets next toi bed didn't work, etc. I expect a bit more form a holiday inn. Staff just didn't really care about customer service. It's not their strength.

The bathroom was spotless. The room itself was very clean, although there were some minor stains on the carpet. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning was slightly loud but not a big deal. The free breakfast was nice. There isn’t much to walk to but there is a lot of stuff within a few minutes by car. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was good (especially when the pancake machine worked). My only suggestion would be to invest in more towels and be okay with throwing away towels that are stained. I'd stay again. The price was fair!

I like the property. I worked for Hotel Indigo another IHG hotel in Athens. First impressions not that good. A guy by entrance drinking beer the whole time I checked in, brought in luggage, and when I got back from dinner and shopping. The concierge was nice but when I asked him where to get wine close. He said he had no idea. Okay then, I found wine in next shopping center. Maybe Holiday Inn is just different policies than Hotel Indigo.

Booked a standard king for a weekend visit with our daughter. Checked into the room only to find a bed. No chair/ chaise as pictured on the website. Inquired at the desk. Was told that standard rooms don't include a chair (even though there was plenty of room and a stand lamp that would typically sit behind a chair). When I asked to switch to a room with a chair (really didn't want to spend the weekend sitting on the bed while I was in the room), I was rudely told "No! You booked with a third party. There is nothing we will do!" Really? I don't care what hotel I've stayed in before, there has never not been a chair. Breakfast was subpar. Do better Holiday Inn!

Staff was very nice and friendly. There is a bit of a stale smell everywhere. Comforter had some small stains on it but overall it served its purpose in giving us a place to stay for the night.

Rooms bathrooms are very very small and tv and entrances light was not working ask multiple time at front desk but never got fix worst experience one of the bad hotel rooms i ever stay in my life

I had mixed feelings about this place. While it wasn’t a bad stay and while there were no major issues there were a lot of small issues that added up. The room was very nice. It had a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. What it didn’t have however was outlets to plug any of them into. There was one outlet under the tv and one on the nightstand. That’s it (other than the bathroom) so we had to tote the appliances over to the tv and take turns switching them out to use them… There also was a street light right outside our window that the shade we had didn’t even remotely block the light from. The shower was very finicky and took some convincing to work properly as well. All that being said; the beds were comfortable; the staff was friendly and the overall condition of things was fine. Just a lot of small inconveniences.

Was very happy with my stay, just the bathroom vent fixture was hanging down, and was very loud. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again, and recommend the property.

It was a beautiful stay even the lady from the kitchen, the breakfast was really good she was a sweet person, she should get a. Race, no one have took care in the morning like she did. If I have to make a trip again I’ll defiantly will stay here again . Keep your hard work. Thank you for all the service

We had a nice stay here. Overall it was a good experience. The elevator was filthy though. Was afraid to touch anywhere. You don’t pull up and drop off your bags. You park and then u bring in your bags.
