The place was inexpensive but sorely needed repair of electrical sockets and no bath soap provided for first night.
And the breakfast is a joke and terribly

This is a perfect location for the ski resorts close by. The people at the desk and in the hall are friendly and good. Parking is great and the spaces are wide enough to open your doors full. The heating unit in the room blows strong enough to dry gloves quick enough. There are outlets enough for boot warmers and laptops. The little fridge and microwave are perfect for snacks. The bed is comfortable and they have both firm and soft pillows. My goal was to go skiing, have a warm place to dry my things at night, and a lamp to read by. It was perfect.

I stay here frequently throughout the winter on ski trips. If you’re just looking for a reasonable place to crash for a couple of nights while you are skiing or just hanging around the area then this hotel works just fine. It’s a decent room with all the things you need & nothing you don’t. The rooms are a bit dated & worn, they definitely need to do some updating & minor repairs but overall clean & not bad for the price.

The place worked for what I needed it for. It was honestly better than expected inside relative to the view of the outside. The lobby was nice and they were ready for me when I checked in.

Hotel and rooms were clean but dated. Air conditioner had large gaps of insulation that was missing. Allowing cold air into the room. Room was missing a TV remote. Front desk was very helpful and brought us a new remote. Good value. Would stay again. Continental breakfast was all carbs. Not great.

great location for resorts in Summit Cty. I would say everything was good except for Cont. Breakfast, unless you want toast, cereal, or a donut for 2 weeks. Housekeeping was outstanding.

Some of the lights in the room did not work, the tv remote did not work, there was only decaf coffee in the room. Not the best stay…

The name is a little deceiving. The hotel is a older, but very clean. I think it's a pretty good deal. Includes basic breakfast that you can take up to your room or eat at the lobby. I loved the fact that it has a pool and a hot tub. Parking was easy.

Hotel is older and needs a remodel.. but for the price, it was fine. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was average.

This hotel's finishes are dated and starting to deteriorate. It works if you are not picky about quality. The mattress was in good condition and it was quiet (Monday night stay).

Great place to stay only thing I would suggest or ask for is they open the hot tub earlier than 12:00 after my second third day of skiing my body needs a hot soak before heading back up the mountain would love to be able to do that before lunch time

Hotel is dated and could use new bedding. No safety chain on the door. Shower water pressure was good. For the price it was ok for 1 night while traveling

Just staying here since it's one of the cheaper places to stay during ski season. Have an early doctor's appointment in Frisco, and didn't want to drive 70 miles in the snow to get there

Hotel looks very rough on outside, but I was relieved once inside. The rooms are comfortable and clean and updated (Luxury might be a stretch though). Breakfast is basic.

Best value in Summit county

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was old, outdated and dingy. Our room was on second floor and there was no elevator. Parking lot was full and it had snowed. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.

This hotel was fine for our skiing trip as we were looking for budget over quality. The continental breakfast is donuts, bagels, toast, fruit, and cereal which is fine, but was disappointed there were minimal protein options, mostly just carbs. Instead of towel hooks in the bathroom, there were 2 screws in the back of the door.
The complimentary hair dryer was was melted, but still worked. This wasn't an issue for us, but folks should be aware there is not an elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs if you're on the second floor. Overall, I would stay here again for budget purposes.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful Buffet breakfast. We had a late flight out the day we checked out, and they held our bags, and even allowed us to use the shower by the pool before we went to the airport!

Rooms were clean, pool was fun with the kids, simple but good continental breakfast (no warm foods but they did have a toaster), pets allowed. A straight-forward hotel 15 mins from Keystone, I’m happy with it for the relatively low price!

This property shows signs of wear. The good things: price!, a decent continental breakfast - not much protein, but they have oatmeal and peanut butter. The pool and hot tub was great. The baseboard heater in the room works, but don't turn it down too far. In our room there was a gap between the AC unit and the outdoors.Pillows and bed were OK, not great. They cleaned our room each day - nice, but failed to replace some towels. Overall - a solid average hotel - at a price that allowed us to book an extra trip to the area.

Price and availability during a busy time was good.

Certainly nit luxury. Pillows sucked. Noisy pipes in the room and breakfast was a joke. Otherwise, room was clean and spacious.

Overall we enjoyed our first stay here. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean room, convenient location, decent pool. Cons: Parking is limited (one night we had to park off site), continental breakfast is limited and could be improved.

breakfast was really bad

Nice budget hotel for a quick stay. The main pool is not heated - our kids couldn't stand more than 15 minutes in it which was a bummer. Basic breakfast, but enough to get you out the door in the morning. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The "Luxury Inn and suites" is more like a motel but with hotel prices.
Good things:
1. very clean and quiet
2. fast communication with the staff
3. good location near malls and highway
Not-so-good things:
1. the room was missing a nightstand;
2. the sink was in the room, not in the bathroom!
3. there was very little shower gel and shampoo, not enough for 4 people;
4. the breakfast room had only 3 tables, and one was almost all the time occupied by loud staff talking;
5. the breakfast was super cheap: bread, bagels, toaster, peanut butter, butter, jam, cereals, milk (cold, there was no microwave), coffee, artificial juices, tea, and sometimes, clementines.
6. water was only for sale;
7. not cheap

Comfortable and fairly priced. A lot of shopping and eating options near by. Room is more spacious than it looks.

Older property. Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Carpets were "lumpy" and not very clean. Inexpensive.
3.0
It’s fine. It is very obvious that the property owner puts in minimal maintenance, and likely just banks on desperate skiers every year. Everything is baseline. Terrible pillows, worn slap out, but again, it’s an expense. If there’s was a number for “fine,” I would give that.

This is a great location and very affordable.

Convenient location and friendly staff.
