Hotel is clean, room was in good condition.

The curtains didn’t close so there was light all night. They ran out of juice before breakfast was over. They weren’t very user friendly. House keeping and their supplies took priority over customers waiting for the elevator at 8:15ish in the morning.

Size of the room was great. Beds were firm for my taste, but no complaints from my kids. Everything was as expected.

This is our second time here and as usual the rooms are always clean. My on issues this time around is the the bedding had two small cigarette burn holes in them and the hot tub coating was peeling badly.

The room has leaking bathroom ceiling. Drywall screws holding the drawer on. The mattress was smaller than the metal frame underneath and slammed my shin whole getting up to pee in the night. the smell through the building musty and stale. The pullout couch for the kids was hard and uncomfortable and when asking for more blankets to put on the mattress for comfort the front desk said no. The whole family slept horrible trying to fit on the beds.

I always go to this hotel with my family and I am sure we will never be disappointed. The staff members vary, so some will greet you with a smile while others may not. But if you have any questions, everyone will try to help you. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is sufficient, and the staff are friendly. We will definitely come back for the third time.

Whirlpool tub in room was chipping and dirty, room smelled of cigarettes, employees were rude, area was sketchy. Bed was very comfortable though.

Love how big our room was and tge hot tub was a NICE size also.

Room was dirty, stained sheets and blankets.. Our room door would not lock unless lifting the door first. (417) The handles in the room were broken on almost all the drawers and closet. Ceiling fan in bathroom was falling out. Light fixtures were broken. The entire hotel had NO ICE! (I really wanted a drink)

It was great spending a weekend in this hotel, staff is very nice, respectful and attentive. The breakfast is amazing. Simply love it here.

It wasn’t bad but like I’ve read in other reviews it is a little muggy or the rug in the rooms smell a little, the AC/Heater is very loud, and the walls are thin where you can hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. Other than that the Hotel is a much better stay than any of the Motels in the area and the staff was very nice and professional.

So when I got there, it was nice and peaceful. The lady at the desk told us the tvs were not working, which should’ve been a red flagged but I continued my stay there. After going up, the door to our room made a noise every time it opened and closed and the curtains were broken so we could not close them. Overall, this hotel needs some work, as things were broken, breakfast was eh at best. Personally, I wouldn’t come back here even if it is cheap.

Clean enough, quiet, and relatively comfortable. The beds were not the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the place could use a facelift. Overall, you get what you pay for. It was fine for the price and met my needs!

Handling of our reservation was unprofessional. It took 75 minutes to check in because what we reserved they said was unavailable. We requested a refund, called Expedia and then they made what we reserved available. The hotel has poor business practices, they were very unknowledgeable of how to handle issues, and to a degree were dishonest. For days they had no television service. They had no sign to tell customers but waited until they got into their rooms for them to find out. Further, we had a 12 noon check out due to the earlier inconvenience, and at 11:10 am, someone overrides the lock and enters the room. Our phone, which did not work to call out, worked to call in, asking when we are leaving. Again, a very unprofessional site and we challenge you Expedia to better vet the sites you offer on your site. We have had numerous bad experiences recently and we now see you as the common denominator. This location had a 9.0 rating, where the rating should be more of a 2-3.

The room was very small, but that is what one expects in New York. The bathroom had no heat source. We had closed the door to keep the light out, so in the morning it was like ice. The wall-to-wall windows were magnificent. Staff were very helpful.

Upon seeing the building driving up, I thought it’s a nice building. Upon pulling in, the driveway was full of slush and ice, as well as the parking area. I got the suite with jacuzzi tub and only 2 out of the 6 jets worked. Their was hair in the tub (jacuzzi tub). Breakfast was not what I expected. A waffle and unflavored cereal is a shame but……
Overall, it was an ok stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but the staff was friendly so there’s that.

Receptionist (male) at night was not very friendly at all. Had a bad attitude.
Room- air conditioner made a loud noise all night and was really dirty.
Bathroom lock was broken. Could not lock the door. Sheets smelled dirty. Overall a terrible experience.

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because of convenience. It's in close proximity to a lot of what you come to NY for, and is surrounded by some pretty good places to eat. Front desk sits behind bulletproof glass and acts as if you're bothering them. The room and hotel overall is clean and the cleaning staff are nice ppl, BUT you'll know it's clean because of the overuse of Fabuloso. Dated hotel overall, could use renovations. Not the easiest place to enter or exit with a car, but parking lot was safe enough.

Close to NYC for a quick stay, however the property is very dated and rooms smelled very musty. Furniture is old and needs to be changed. Staff were ok, but not I wouldn’t consider them to be friendly or to make one feel welcomed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel area seems to be unsafe, the front desk is behind a protecting glass and they are talking to you through a mic.
Rooms are dirty and old. I wonder when was the last time it was renovated.
Bathroom supplies are few . Towels are very old.. Breakfast is terrible. nothing hot to serve only a few bakeries and bagels and coffee and some juice.
