Such a lovely oasis in the middle of Venice - the old world charm, back garden and staff were wonderful. Room was small - but charming and the decor was historically cool.

This was such a beautiful hotel and a great location. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a lot of old-world charm. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel serves a great breakfast that you can eat either inside their dining room or outside in the garden. There is a small dock in the back for water taxi access if you wish to hire one.
The hotel is located in the Cannaregio neighborhood, well situated between the Ca d' Oro water bus stop (visit the ACTV site) on the canal and the Fondamente Nova stop on the northern coast. You can also get on the Alilaguna boat (different company) to the airport from there. It is about an 8-minute walk to either stop. The Rialto bridge is less than 10-minute walk and St. Mark's square is maybe 15. You can also take the water bus from Fondamente Nova to St. Marks - familiarize yourself with the ACTV routes! The main street is just south of the hotel and is lined with shops and restaurants. One of the main gondola docks is very close if you want to go for a ride.

Wonderful spot! Very old world feel but with modern amenities (AC). Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent location. Would definitely recommend
