Awful stay, old and disheveled

Hotel is a bit rundown. Furniture in the room was a bit beat up. Again we do not like to pay for parking!! This is an obvious money grab by Hilton and Hyatt. Will not be staying
At these locations in the Parsippany NJ area.
We attend two to three conventions in this area every year. So we will look for other hotels to stay at.

I always stay here. Clean. Breakfast is great. Friendly staff.

It was a home away from home. Just needed to get away from the kids and have some alone time with my husband.

The place is very convient - it’s right off of 287 & 80. The rooms are spacious - clean and comfortable.

Our stay was very nice except for the sleeper couch which sorely needs to be replaced.

The hotel was excellent.

Very large rooms. Extremely clean. Convenient location. Definitely checked all the boxes for a couple of nights away.

The hotel was amazing, but shame on them for charging for parking. $15 a day and it was in a place that parking was not at a premium. I've never paid for parking in a hotel like this. Because of that, I would have to really consider staying there again. The hotel was lovely, and the people were excellent, but I'm disappointed in Hyatt for charging parking.

The front desk staff were very helpful. My room was great.

The receptionist was very polite in spite of the very rowdy guests in the restaurant area. We were not able to get a meal because of the private party. Breakfast was also very loud because of the same people at the party. Not very condusive to staying at the hotel for Sunday morning. Otherwise hotel looks like it's furnishings were brand new.
The only other complaint is why we have to pay parking when the 2 hotels on each side of us had free parking.

I thing i didn't like was i had too pay to park in there lot. I never had to do that in any hotel i have ever stayed at. I will definitely think twice before staying there again.

The one negative was being charged for parking............

Property & room was good. Room was spacious & clean. Shower door was difficult to slide(reported) would be the only room negative. An oversight on my part was finding out there was a fee to park. I fail to rationalize the purpose in charging for onsite parking separate from the room. Maybe the room rate is the bait.

The hotel is good overall.
1. nice and clean room with large windows
2. location is not too far from NYC
3. lots of restaurants in 5mile radius
4. even though we arrived late, had to wait 30mins for our room to be cleaned
5. Breakfast is complimentary and nice
6. Parking is PAID ($15 per day), but it could have been free
7. The shower gel was near empty and had to bath with the bar soap from hand wash.
8. One of the breaker switch was off and hence few lighting and TV was not working. Even the TV remote was missing. Had to call service to fix it up.

I enjoyed my time so much at this hotel that I extended my stay! I wish the bar and restaurant opened but it was holiday time.

Nice big, clean room with a kitchenette. Generous breakfast in the large comfortable dining area.

Overall excellent hotel, with spacious rooms and fantastic breakfast. I found the extra $15/night parking charge a bit sneaky as this was not clear when I booked the room. But everything else was wonderful.

I have been a fan of Michael Hyatt and his brands for years. When possible I try to use their chain. I found a great deal on this hotel and spent well over a half hour telling my wife how we need to come here together. However, I wont be going back. What they do not tell you when you book is that you have to pay for parking. When I got to the front desk I was informed to use a third party app to pay for my overnight parking. This is an open parking lot, attached to the property and adjoining a strip mall (wich does not charge for parking) I questioned it and the man asked if I was a Hyatt reward member. I informed him that I thought I was but he could not find the account. He had me put my information on a form stating he would get me signed up. To me, that signified I did not have to worry about. The next morning I leave after an amazing breakfast and a friendly check out to find a parking ticket on my car. Not only did he not set me up but their "parking police" made sure to do through the lot, a lot which was only 1/4 full and issue a ticket. I called in to the front desk to ask about it and the tone and arrogance set me on fire "Well you failed to register your vehicle, so you got a ticket" There was no I am sorry let me see what happened. did anyone explain this to you nothing. I was treated like a criminal who tried to buck the system. If that was the case, I could have parked 25 feet over into the shopping center lot and avoided that fee all together.

There’s no indoor pool and my kids were excited for that. The property was nice and the staff was pleasant but that was disappointing.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and made very good suggestions about what to see and where to eat. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We will stay here again when we’re in the area.

Easy to check in and the room is very clean with a good breakfast in the morning !

The staff was friendly, approaching and helpful when asking about shopping near by and public transportation. Property was clean, all appliances worked properly and the full breakfast provided for free had a variety of cold and hot food options and was very tasty. The chef was personable and came out of the kitchen daily and mingled with all of the guest. My 4 day start was beyond pleasurable and if ever visiting NJ again, that will be my place to stay!!!!!

The breakfast offered was very good in assortment and quality.
The $35/night parking fee would be fine in Manhattan but in Parsippany, a total rip off.
Ice machine broken throughout our stay, no machines on each floor, you had to go to the kitchen for a bag of ice. Curiously, the bar always had a good supply of ice.

Room was clean, hotel was clean. Easy parking and walking distance to restaurants.

They charge $15 a day to park in the parking lot of the hotel you are staying at. If you don’t register on the app and pay I guarantee they will tow you and get kick backs from the tow company. It’s Parsippany not nyc to charge to park your car in a empty parking lot.Just a hidden fee and greed at its finest. Cost of the room is more than sufficient to park your car in a hotel parking lot that you are staying at in Parsippany.
