The rooms are clean and well kept for a 3 star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station with easy access by bus to Venice.

Staff were friendly.
No breakfast included but that's probably a good thing as I am not sure I would want to give that a shot.
My son tried the "very cheap and very good" attached restaurant and was tr3ated to a mediocre microwaved lasagna that was hot in the middle only.
The room...floors are sticky, the bunk bed for 2 of my kids was very unsteady and wobbly, closet had a blanket in it and opening the closet doors gave us all some not so great smell to enjoy, no fridge in the room, tiny TV that only has local TV, the ac did not really work well, mosquito net on windows is ripped and the windows does open but the function of ours was a bit defective so it was tipping while opened fully. Walls had plenty if dirt and mysterious stains on them, small light by the bed did not work. Plugging in anythung in an outlet gave off some interesting buzzing noise briefly, fan in bathroom sounded interesting and the bathroom is so small the shower curtain touches you while using the toilet and that shower curtain has some mysterious stains too so we took it off to not get touched. We slept with no cover on top of the covers in clothing because we did not want to see under the covers haha. So this place is an adventure and really just so you have some place to sleep.
