I was very impressed with this motel. The customer service, the cleanliness, the POOL, the breakfast (was actually breakfast) down to the location, was all excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again when in the area!

They allowed us to use a meeting room to have my dad's birthday celebration. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty good. Would like if they got bigger pillows.

Front desk staff had an attitude every time we tried to get detailed information from her, the room we booked in hotels.com said it had. Pull out sleeper sofa and king bed accommodating 4 people. Once we got there for check we were told it was just a sofa with no pull out, after some back and forth they “switched” us to a room with a pull out due to us having 3 people we needed more than just the king bed, once we got to our room the sofa bed was out of order and we were told sorry that’s our last room we have available. My teenage daughter ended up having to sleep on the floor since she was too big for the couch. One of the lamps did not work, only 2 plug ins worked and the water in the sink faucet smelled like sewer. The breakfast was as you can expect a continental breakfast to be, edible and free but not amazing. I will not be staying at the property again.

The parking lot was full so we had to park behind the hotel in a business parking lot. Something was wrong with the door to our room and anytime someone near us shut their door it made our door shake loudly.

We stay here a couple of times a month for different trips. My only request would be to provide bedding for the fold out sleeper.

Staff were very friendly and happy to assist us. Breakfast was the normal hotel free breakfast. They have an amazing coffee machine that makes all different kinds of coffee. The pool was clean. Our room was very clean and smelled great. The beds were the only thing I would change. They are pretty firm and not all that comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

It was good. My two boys loved it. We chose this one because of the pool. I was haven surgery next day and wanted to treat my boys to hotel with a pool.

The mattress in the king room was no good at all; they added a topper to it which made is soft; but the mattress itself had zero support. Also, we went to get breakfast at 8am and when we returned at 9am; housekeeping was already in our room and just set or things aside and was preparing the room for next guests. This seemed like a safety/security issue when my thing are in the room and they leave door open as they clean.

We stay here quite a bit and usually do not have an issue. This time our biggest problem was that our bed was very hard which made it hard to get comfortable. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. I'm hoping that next time our bed is a little more forgiving.

Hotel was conveniently located to our venue. For the most part the hotel was clean. They ran out of wash cloths during our stay which was odd. About halfway through our stay I requested housekeeping. They didn’t sweep the floor or refill the toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk and get refill. Overall it wasn’t terrible but they could do better.

Visiting town for funeral service. Conveniently located close expressways, food establishments and to family. Maintenance of common areas not maintained clean at all times however the rooms were well kept. Elevator floor was dirty most of our stay and lobby floor had clay footprints. Breakfast was sufficient but not excellent. Overall, it was a good stay and met our travel purposes.

Great location with easy access to turnpike. Dining options in walking distance. The price is the best , much ch aper than area hotels without a compromise in in quality The free breakfast was decent as well. I will stay here again for similar trips in the future.

We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and water was cold and seems they had AC on. It's winter and we would have liked for the room to be warm or hot if water was going to be cold. Kids didnt last more than 15 min in water and asked to go back to room instead

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We came back because we enjoyed our last stay. It is in a good location near restaurants, shopping and easy access to freeway and downtown OKC. The staff were all friendly. We were given bottled water at check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and room temperature were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and looked newly remodeled with a walk in shower. The lobby is clean and nicely decorated and hallways looked and smelled clean. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was very nice and convenient. Our room was tidied each day (given fresh towels, trash emptied, etc). Our room was on the 1st floor near the indoor pool and fitness room which we used and enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Property was okay however, I had a 3 night stay ended up turning to a one night stay due to a family emergency I was charged for all 3 nights. I’m still waiting on a refund and a response from the manager.

The TV in the room didn't work. The desk clerk came to look at it and said that it was probably a bad HDMi cable, but they didn't have any spare cables, so we didn't have television. At breakfast the waffle iron wasn't hot enough so we couldn't have a waffle, and they also didn't have the biscuits and gravy that was advertised as part of the breakfast. The room was otherwise fine and the staff members were pleasant,!there were just a few small issues.

The only thing i would change is the do not disturb hanger. Have to make sure you put it in the correct side or else you will be disturbed. One side says come in the other side says privacy. And it moves around. Need an only do not disturb sign. But all in all good stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff.worth the visit.
