A nice room, great range of food, lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked a superior sea view room, but got a Bert little small room without a couch or anything. And we don’t have a full view on the sea. The alternative was free all-inclusive. It was okay but I miss the room!

One of front desk staff at the location was very rude. He was working the late night shift and yelled at me because I went in the dining hall to get coffee after the another front desk worker nodded for me to go in. When ordering a taxi you have to tell the front desk it takes forever

This is a hotel where they scam customers.
I was there from September 16 to September 18 with my family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children from 12 years and under.
They put me in a room with a broken refrigerator. I had medicine with me that needed to be cooled and also bought food that needed to be cooled. Had to throw away all the food.
They wanted to have my medicine cooled at the front desk instead of giving me another room.
No one from the hotel called me back to discuss the situation with me.
To my even greater annoyance, the air conditioning did not cool.
Only the next evening did they send me a technician who confirmed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly.
Despite that, no response from the hotel.
Despite Expedia called them 3 times, they did nothing about my uncomfortable situation and the manager could never be reached.
They refused to give me another room under the pretext that they had other guests that were still due after I checked in.
Maybe I should have gone to the lobby and started cursing loudly.
Then I would definitely have had a good room. But unfortunately those are not my ways.
It seems like people are afraid to give you another room.
The customer service policy at this hotel is that of a cheap motel.
Believe me, I feel cruelly ripped off by this hotel.
In a good hotel they would have called you and at least given you other options.
The check-in Check-in alone took 45 minutes, even though there were only 4 check-ins before me.

The food was good. The room is not suitable

Stayed for 7 nights. Room was quite tight for 3 but clean. Sofa bed was tired looking and mattress not especially comfortable. Unfortunately the cleaning service did not change the sofa bed linen. The walls are quite thin so can easily hear neighbour noise but on the whole there was very little disruption.
Staff in reception very helpful and welcoming. Nice touch of having iced water available.
Room sea view was lovely, however the 12-2 kids disco at the poolside was very loud, so if you want peace and quiet, best to be out at this time! The pool in general could do with a refurb. It's a great size and depth but smells very strong of chlorine and seems a bit dated. Note that the hotel state no reservations of sunbeds, which was a relief, although there were still a few people pegging their towels at 8am.
We stayed B B. Breakfast selection great. Gets busy after 9.30.
Hotel location great, good access to 2 beaches and nice area to explore.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the hotel was true to the photos and description.

First impressions - on check in the receptionist Gala was unhelpful and unfriendly. No information provided on the hotels facilities. Sent us out of the hotel in the wrong direction on the hunt for our room which was in a separate building, we had to go back and ask again. Room was tired. No bar or facilities at the annexe building so you have to walk to the main building. Food in the restaurant was poor. Drink choices also poor for the All Inclusive package. Really disappointing all round. We ended up eating and drinking in the local bars and eateries. If you are going here, please don't waste your money. There are nicer places to go where staff are much nicer, food nicer and drinks nicer.

Excellent location. Easy access to lovely beach. Leonardo in the kids club is amazing. Good food choice. Very good value for money.

If you are looking for ultimate luxury then this is not for you.
However..if you are looking for a great location, decent food with a good choice and all the basic holiday essesntials then this is a good spot.
Our party was 2 aduts and 4 kids (12 10 10 and 8). The pool and the beach are a 40 second walk so if you get the beds in between the 2 the kids can go from one to the other and you can see them at all times.
The food choices were good. The salad bar was excellent as was the fruit bar.
The bed situation is a problem as people reserve put of hours but this is now the norm.
The beach is nice. Plenty to see and do without venturing too far.
Great hotel for families wanting a relaxing week away with all the basics covered.
Will defo consider staying there again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. A good variety of breakfast options and dinner. Although, our tv did not work from day one. I spoke with reception 3 times and they never fix it. So, we couldn’t watch any tv during our stay. The hairdryer was broken too.
There was good entertainment for the kids

Hotel was really nice the view is amazing and you step straight onto the beach, all staff were really nice and very helpful and the food was really good with plenty of choice, the only problem we had was the air on was not working and the room was unbearably hot

Great family hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and good service.
Excellent location right on the beach, with a good pool and fantastic splash park for the kids.
Good food from the all inclusive option.
Just a few minutes walk from the main resort of Es Cana with a good range of shops, bars and places to eat.
Well worth a visit

the hotel is top, unfortunately 1 small minus point the elevator is very slow. We were forced to use the stairwell every time.

We were with friends.
The reservation was one for two rooms. We got rooms on different floors. Rooms very small, even cramped, numbers 1134 and 1332. I ordered comfort rooms, which were nice, spacious and twice as large. And we got tight quarters. I saw other rooms that were as in the catalog but we were given the worst rooms. We got the keys to the room at 15:20 because it was not ready on time. Very good breakfasts.
Very dirty pool

Fantastic food, great atmosphere, beautifully clean, great beach i could go on all day

The only plus was the room, which was nicely furnished and modern and the bed, which was extremely comfortable.
However, there were a lot of minuses. The food was to a poor standard, not enough choice and everything was very low budget.
Also the drinks offer and quality was dissapointing.
The hotel facilities were outdated and tired.

Great for families, nice kids splash pool and beach is right there too! Entertainment was great especially the kids disco run by Leo and his team. Kids club also kept the little ones entertained and lots of activities for the whole family!

Lovely hotel, typical buffet breakfast. Rooms nice, pool nice & great location overlooking the beach. This is the perfect hotel for a family not looking to leave hotel much. However not the best choice for a family with two teenagers, not much to do in es canar, we spent €100 per day on taxis back and forward to Ibiza town/san Antonio. Bus links here also not great. Hotel itself though had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay but very quiet area

Under staffed, issues with findings booking. Left to me to sort out. No help at all. Room was not serviced.

amazing hotel and entertainment staff but the no use of inflatable in the pool was disappointing

Overall, pretty enjoyable. The reception staff could have been more helpful at times but it was clear with tourism reopening that they had a lot of challenges to face. Could really benefit from a separate concierge desk. Otherwise, great location by the beach

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, great entertainment team who work really hard all day and night. Excellent food and so much choice. Great location as the hotel is situated overlooking the beach so in the evenings it is lovely to sit outside by the bar overlooking the sea. Highly recommended

Beautiful Room/hotel, Lovely staff , Fab location,
Only thing missing was in Iron,,Asked for one 4 days and they never had a free one,,think they said they have 30 irons for guest to use,.... so bring a travel iron or cloths that dont need it.

Could be cleaner esp especially the floor areas bedroom and reception

Kids pool was excellent.
Lots of excellent entertainment for the the kids.
Massage area on site which was handy.
Rooms not huge to share with kids.
Two single beds as opposed to a double which was a bit annoying.
Right onto the beach.
Hotel was clean

breakfast was nice but at 10:15 they turn off the lights in breakfast room which is pretty unfriendly / staff could be more polite

Had a great holiday! The hotel was fab, really couldn’t fault anything (partner didn’t like the fact we had to pay 1€ to weigh 1 case though - should be complimentary or have scales in the rooms as a lot of other hotels do!)
Food was amazing, changed every night we were there and had a great selection to cater for everyone; even the vegans and vegetarians in our party.
There is a kids softplay and play room that you can use even if your children aren’t old enough for the kids club, which we didn’t discover until a few days into our trip but definitely something to keep in mind!
The evening entertainment for the children was fab, our daughter (2) loved it and loved dancing and singing with moonie.
The hotel room was a bit on the small side especially if you have a pram withh you, and could do with some more drawers for our clothes but that’s just a minor complaint.
Hotel is clean, kids pool and bigger pool was great - plenty of sun loungers and access from the pool area to the beach! Really can’t complain about much at all. We would definitely consider going back!

Hotel was generally good, decent food & drinks with friendly staff. The room was small, fine for a single person but not enough room for 2 people to say it was a twin room. The lack of storage space in the room was an issue.

I booked through Expedia for my son and I ,we had two rooms which were doubles, quite small but adequate. lovely. Alcony and sea view. No tea making facilities.
Restaurant was large and an outside area too. Food was mediocre but hot and fresh. Breakfast was very good.
Pool clean very cold lol. Children's pool fabulous. Some very comfortable daybeds for adults only. All inclusive not as much available as others I have stayed in but again adequate.

Been coming to the Miami since 2003 and still feel so comfortable with everything
4.0
The Miami is a pleasant enough hotel. We stayed on a B&B basis and so cannot comment on the lunches/dinners. However for breakfast there was always plenty of options - both hot and cold food - and it was well stocked.
There were enough activities at the hotel if you want to do something other than laze by the pool.
The "getting-a-sun-lounger" thing can be seen as a bit of a farce with everyone having to queue to get a bed, but equally it stops people having to get up mega-early in order to get a sun-lounger. It still doesn't stop people bagging a bed and then not actually coming back again until mid-afternoon.
The hotel is right next to the beach and has a nice area for kids to play in.
I saw a comment from someone saying it was too far from the shops and restaurants. Well it might be from the shops but then if you do your research beforehand then you would realise that anyway. There is still a supermarket next door and beach shops close by.
Overall it is a good family hotel.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were met by a very friendly and welcoming man on reception, despite it being around 3:00am! This standard was maintained throughout our stay by all members of staff, from barstaff to waiters/waitresses, there was always service with a smile :) Our twin room was slightly smaller than anticipated, however as we only used the room to sleep and get changed, this was not really an issue. Despite its size, the room had everything you need from spacious, comfy beds to a fridge with ample room. The room was always clean thanks to the cleaning staff who came everyday. We also had an immaculate view from our balcony across the beach. There was always something to do and there was always plenty of food to choose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner, I could not find a fault. Overall, we had a lovely holiday at Hotel Miami Ibiza and I would definitely recommend staying here!
