Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every time we spoke. Two things that I found incredibly helpful was the “Chilled Purified Water Station” on my floor. It was a station with empty water bottles and a water system. SO COOL and useful. The other was the gym. Never have I seen such a well equipped hotel gym and even better, it was 24 hours. Rooms are “cozy” but clean, everything is modern and updated. Great place to stay.

The location was great and the staff was friendly.

The tv was not working, I requested my sheets changed after day 3 of my 5 night stay but that never happened. There is no mini fridge or a place to keep food while also no room service or place to eat past 4pm so unable to have food.

Easy walk to the Minute Maid’s stadium
Address on Fannin, but front door on RUSK
Miserable while waiting for car from valet due smoking

Terrible service. Make sure you get what you paid for. I paid (ahead of time) for a double bed and was given a tiny room with one bed. Staff was rude and stated it was a first come first serve basis. I explained I paid for the room I wanted ahead of time but was disregarded. They said they could only provide a roll away bed or cancel. I got there at around 9pm. I couldn’t cancel as I was tired and no other reasonable rooms available. Won’t stay there again. Then the third party rep calls the hotel and since Julie girl lies and tells them they moved me to a superior room. Lies!

Good location and free coffee in reception area

We thought the room was too small. Especially if you are trying to get dressed for a big event. The sink was clogged, but they came to fix it. This place is not for kids. It's in the middle of downtown and you have to be aware of your surroundings.

Room was not up to par. It was not clean, had no bath towels, stains all on sheets

This room was kind of small, but had all the comforts of home. The bed was so comfy, with amazingly huge pillows that I wanted to take home with me (but didn't). I will stay here again when I'm visiting Houston.

We stayed in Rm 312. Basic accommodation, no fridge or micro in room. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Mold in the grout and the shower floor could use a good hard scrub. Otherwise, it was fine. Great location! Complimentary water bottles were a plus.

We wanted a hotel that didn't cost a lot and not far from The Ballroom at Bayou Place for the ATO event in downtown Houston. Our stay was over night since we dont live far from Houston. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. They forgot to mention that in the elevator to swip your key card then select floor number. The beds were comfortable, we would of had a good night sleep if it wasn't for loud, rude and obnoxious guests in the hallway at 2:00 am, screaming, laughing and talking. This hotel was nice to stay in if you're looking for a downtown vacation.

When I booked the room it indicated that it I had the options of two twins or one king. When I arrived I was given a twin room with no option for a king. I spoke with multiple guests that evening who had the same problem. The hotel was nice and in a great location, but I will never stay here again because of the bed issue.

Everything was pretty well just once we went into our room we come to find blood stains in our sheets and where multiple of them. Instead of them changing us room they just changed the sheets and that’s all.

The stay was short but everyone was accommodating to our needs for the stay.

Hotel lobby was beautiful and well kept.
The rooms not so much, had an old grandmas attic smell and the bathroom was not clean, there was previous guests hair in the trash can and the mirror had toothpaste splatter on it. The TV would turn off and on by itself. We did call guest services to tidy up and check the tv but they could not fix it and didn’t even offer to change our room or anything.

Beautiful historic building right downtown. We loved it!

Instructions for valet should be emailed. No everyone has had an experience with valet and a lot of stress and anxiety and parking fees could have been avoided if maybe there was instructions or a heads up on where to go for valet and what to expect. Rooms were very small and had no fridge or ice. Beds were extremely comfortable though and we had a good time once we got settled in.

We had a great stay. We ate breakfast at their restaurant and it was really delicious.

Was a very nice hotel since it was downtown it was close to everything so we just walked everywhere and just left my car in the parking lot!

From the time I arrived (valet) to check-in,I was even able to get an early check-in, the stat was great. The only downfall was the elevator, only one operating the majority of stay which made the wait very long.
Overall the staff, eating at the bistro (breakfast was delicious) and entire staff made my stay very enjoyable.

Staff extremely helpful.

I’ve always enjoyed staying here. There’s nothing special about the place but it’s quiet and convenient. One of the elevators was broken this trip so it took a long time to get into the room when we’d go places

We always have a great time here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. It’s a prime location for all the downtown fun. This is our go to hotel when we just want a little staycation.

The people at the desk were polite, helpful and very quick. Lobby was huge, and rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect location if you are staying downtown, and lots of places locally to eat and easy walk to the ball park.

I would be more comfortable with the Club Quarters being called an Inn rather than a Hotel. It felt like a Holiday Inn. The shower curtains were dirty, the toilet seat was worn out, and the bedsheets had stains. The walls are very thin. The first night I was there, I could hear a couple arguing and the second night they were having really loud s-x. Obviously this disturbed my sleep, but kudos to them for having a good time. I would recommend you add an extra $100 to your budget and stay at the Marriott around the corner.
