The lazy river and pool area was our favorite part. The music and bar staff were awesome!
The property had an elevator that was down often, and the pool had many broken tiles.
We had a great time.

Nice place to stay with pretty much everything you need . Had a great time ! Be aware that the parking deck can be a struggle with full size trucks !

Our family recently stayed at the Avista Resort in North Myrtle Beach, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From start to finish, it provided the perfect backdrop for a wonderful Independence Day weekend.
We stayed in a suite that was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff here truly deserves a shout-out; every team member we encountered was genuinely nice, accommodating, and eager to help. The entire Avista team goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
Additionally, the amenities are top-notch. Whether you want to relax by the pools or just enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views, there is truly something for everyone. The layout of the resort is fantastic, making beach access quick and easy. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend Avista Resort to any families looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. We will definitely be back!

The front desk could not have been nicer, providing us with lots of coupons and information. The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the Lazy River and the lounge in the 4th floor. Excellent trip. Look forward to staying here again.
