The room was super clean, Ac was great especially in the heatwave, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned daily, toilet was well equipped and very clean. There was even an elevator which was also a bonus. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was very convenient, and the surrounding area overall is lovely with so many restaurants and not far from attractions.
The baby crib lacked a mattress, blankets were put instead..
The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating was the deposit they take upon booking. The property says it’s a ‘pay nothing now’ reservation but once I booked they took 200$ from my card as a ‘preauthorization’ that they don’t warn you about, and it has been 3 weeks since checkout and it hasn’t been returned yet but they said they ‘released it’ and to be patient.. you can take a deposit but we should be warned before reserving a ‘pay at the property booking’.
