The Windsor Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
We were in the apartment. My children/grandchildren were in 2 other suites. Our room because a great gathering area for meals and family fun.
Though the rooms might use a little up grade, everything was clean and working.
Would definitely return.

Everything good however parking was too expensive. Should be included in the price of the room.

The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Avon Theatre. The room was small but big enough to move around in and comfortable. The bathroom was also small but a comfortable size. The bed was good. The staff were nice. The air conditioning worked well. I had to jiggle the handle of the toilet to stop it from running and make it refill.
The complimentary breakfast is only coffee/tea and a choice of croissants or a granola parfait. It also isn't served until 7:30am, which is a little late. We ended up going to Features for breakfast (it opens at 6:30am), which was excellent - good selection, good prices, good portion sizes, great food, then got the hotel coffee and a croissant for an early lunch/snack at 10am.
