Rooms were clean, location was great only a 1 min walk from water taxi which was really convenient, 4 min walk to all the high end shopping, and close to restaurants. Only complaint is the air conditioner worked but was a little weak.

Nice facility, smaller hotel, we selected a room with a small balcony with a nice view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food. Much nicer than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Alessandro was very helpful. Lined up transportation to a from hotel, complimentary trip to Murano Glass factory, and a private tour of the Doge Palace & St. Mark’s Basilica. Guide also took us to the Ponte Di Rialto bridge & showed us a good restaurant.
It was expensive. Everything was around $500: room, transportation to & from hotel & airport, tour. I was very pleased with everything.

This is a awesome hotel I was not feeling well at all and they went way above customer service so I could check in early and heal from what ever I caught on my plane trip to Venice.
