I have stayed at this location many times - it is convenient, and pet-friendly. Steve, who works the front desk, is a welcome and friendly face. The only negative is that this time, there were some plumbing issues, and we were without water for a significant amount of time - which was very inconvenient. Other than that, a good visit.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is just an average hotel. The room 2-queen bed room was small and cramped. They served the same breakfast three days in a row.

The evening/night front desk person was amazing. She was funny and warm and very helpful. The room was decent but the grill on the heater/ac was busted up and that was weird. Breakfast was decent nd I was glad it was available. Unfortunately, we'd hung a do-not-disturb up and the cleaning crew came in anyway. Also, sound-proofing could use some work. Over all a solid 3.25.

Great place to stay if you have a late arrival. Near the airport and quick shuttle pick-up. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is better than expected in terms of quality.

We stayed one night before heading back home. This hotel was clean, comfortable and had a very helpful, kind staff. It is literally a 4 minute shuttle drive to the airport. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but Steve was very kind to find a room where we could relax, which we truly needed. The girl who drove me to the airport at 4:30 in the morning was extremely kind, especially at that hour! The only complaint I have is that the ice machine on the third floor was out of order, but I understand that stuff happens. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Steve also recommended a local driver and that saved us a few bucks that we would have spent on Uber.

The only down side is that there isn’t really dining options if you’re walking. Everything else was fantastic.

It’s close to the airport and downtown. It’s clean and there’s an unlimited coffee, tea, or hot choco in the lobby. Steve was very helpful and accommodating.

The building it self is well maintained and clean. It’s the front desk personnel that make this hotel special. Steve was very helpful and accommodating. He made us feel well-cared for coming from our red-eye flight. Thank you Steve.

Bed was extremely comfortable . Room set up was odd, heater in one room, controls in another. Breakfast was a bust, didnt have as much due to no inventory or broken.

The air-conditioner is very bad. It makes very loud noise when turned on, which makes me hard to fall asleep. In fact, all air-conditioners in the hotel are the same. They are old machines and should be replaced with new modern air-conditioners which are quite and many functions.

This place was okay . The staff is nice , but the cleaning service ladies only came to my room once out of the seven days that I was there . I had called the front desk and asked them if they could please at least send me some bags up to my room because my trash was filling up and they said they would tell their personnel but never did . Most of my tours were able to pick up from where I was so the location was okay . Their breakfast was also super good .

Went to Fairbanks for Christmas. We choose here because of the location next to the airport. The staff was super nice and always helpful. Would absolutely stay again. The breakfast each morning as great.

We needed a place to stay for a last minute flight cancellation and La Quinta was a convenient place to stay just a few minutes from the airport. The place was clean and comfortable, perfect for our short stay!
