The hotel is in a good location near Gare du Nord. The AC was good during the heatwave. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Older but well maintained hotel, close walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to both Gare du Nord and Gare d'Est in Paris. Small but functional room. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi. Breakfast was solid, with a reasonable number of cold (and a few hot) choices.

Hotel is very close to the train station, which makes it convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The surrounding station area can feel crowded and a bit rough, and overall it doesn’t feel very clean or comfortable to spend time in. This is more about the general area than the hotel itself.
Rooms are quite small, and the beds are also on the small side.
It works fine for a short stay if you mainly need easy transport access, but it’s not ideal for comfort, space, or a relaxed environment.

Great location and very helpful staff. The room itself was clean. The breakfast was okay but not spectacular.
