Central location at reasonable price

Location was perfect to walk to Temple Bar! Room needed some repair (side of tub plastic falling off, toilet handle piping needs caulking). Pub next door was great! Car park they recommended is better than others we were in and not too far to walk.

The hotel was absolutely fine
Unfortunately it didn’t match any photos
So expectations not met

Good service, city-centre.

That is too old

Nice tram, but very noisy, thanks for provided hearplugs

We thought this was a good location but the room was small and outdated, and the bathroom is very small. Not bad but not amazing! Staff were nice though and we loved the pub attached.

The room was small but very clean. The shower was very small and being 6ft 2 I was just about able to fit in the shower. They should have used a shower curtain instead of doors.

Great location, clean rooms very friendly staff

We were very surprised for the price at how small and old this hotel was. Felt more like a hostel
Nevertheless, the hotel is in a fantastic area! Close to many many pubs etc

Some of their rooms don't have wifi, and their bathrooms, especially shower stalls, are impractically small.

Wonderful hotel near so many fun attractions. Will stay here again!

The staff were awesome - very helpful and nice! Great location - close to walk to everything.
Disliked the noise from the street and the live music until late every night which would have been great if we partied late each night. Weather was also much warmer than average causing the rooms to be warm and stuffy. Thankfully there was a small fan in each room, but it was still very warm. Overall enjoyed the stay and the staff, but next time will look for something not quite as loud.

150 square feet was more than enough for us. The room and ensuite were clean, the fan dulled out any noise from outside, and the staff at the desk were top notch

We stayed in room 106 at the front of the property. It had to be the hottest day of the year when we arrived. We asked if there was a fan in the room and there was. One wasn’t enough though (2 hormonal women)and we did get another fan. We giggled when we saw the ear plugs and then looked at each other and said oh no! We didn’t need them and we slept with all 3 windows open. Yes the street noise is noisy but the fans drowned that out. The room needs a little tlc but the beds were so comfy. You couldn’t get cold water from the bath tap so the shower was the cold water feed lol. Quirky little hotel. The location was brilliant and to be honest for what we paid it was well worth the money. Continental breakfast was only €6 and must definitely worth that.

The room was very tight…. Hardly space to walk around and tiny shower…. Not a major problem however. A more difficult issue was the terrible smell in the room, very unreasonable. I likely would look to stay elsewhere in the future because of that alone.

The location is great except for the traffic noise if you are in a room facing the street. Very noisy until about 4:30 am every single night.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights convenient location for bars and restaurants, hotel has character which we liked, will stay again when we next visit Dublin.

We liked the overall quality of the room. Just wished there was ac or exhaust for stuffy bathroom after showering. Only bad noise Friday night. The staff was great too. And helpful.

On our first trip to Dublin we wanted to stay close to the action, but not too close. Little did we know this property was steps from Temple Bar, and for most of our stay the sounds of the neighborhood went on last 2am. The third floor room was nice, but the shower was comically small, maybe 2 feet square in the corner. And while one of these showers is pictured online, it wasn’t what I expected. A small fan was provided due to lack of A/C, but it was so humid in the room, it didn’t help. The hallway was 10° cooler. The staff was excellent. Friendly pub just downstairs, as well.

This is an older boutique hotel, the rooms are dated but clean and functional. We were first assigned a room that had the tiniest shower and I was unable to even get into it. Being booked their for 3 days I would not be able to make that work, I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she very kindly reassigned us to a room that was more suitable. The staff was very friendly the whole time and the Trinity Bar downstairs was a great option to grab a bite or drink on our way in and out. They had nightly entertainment which was really nice and amazingly I could not hear them from my room above. We could hear the street noise out front but that's a small price to pay when you are in the heart of temple bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our say and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

It was amazing! You could not ask for a better location, you step out the doors of the hotel and you are right in the excitement of the center city. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags while walking the city before our flight.

We liked the historic effects of the hotel. It was more interesting to stay in a small historic hotel vs. staying at a big box hotel chain. The location was great for getting around town and the rooms were neat and clean.
There were some things that could have been updated/fixed (light fixtures, window framing paint, etc).
All in all, it was a nice stay and having a full pub/restaurant attached was great too.
Thanks.

Although our room was small, it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the restaurant had amazing food (especially the steak on a stone!!!) and Ciara was fabulous!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to go back there soon!

Nice people but location is loud. Windows are old so they don’t keep out noise. The windows let in too much light at night. I could barely squeeze into the shower. Smallest room I have ever seen. Door almost bangs into the bed. And finally the “double” bed was two baby beds next to each other with gap in middle. I just think room 301 sucks because next door the room was much bigger and nicer. But location is perfect.

In need of a renovation. No air conditioning. No toiletries. Need to slam room door shut to close. Rooms extremely small.

The hotel was in a convenient location, it was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was EXTREMELY small. You had to turn sideways to get through the shower doors, and then your body was still scraping the doors.

it's run-down and incredibly noisy. no air conditioning so the only way to cool it is to open the window which means you cannot sleep until the roar from outside parties and live music subsides. the breakfast appeared pre-made and was not worth eating.

Staff was great and location handy. Bathroom tiny but beds comfortable.

Very convenient location in temple bar area. Easy to walk to pubs, cafes, and attractions.
3.0
Location was in the middle of Temple Bar. Bar on 1st floor of hotel was extremely loud with music, singing patrons, & lots of screaming, partying folks. It was challenging sleeping here.

Great place to stay with everthing on walking distance.
2.0
Good location, that’s about it. Toilet hardly flushes, shower doesn’t drain so you shower in a 6 inches puddle of water in the bathtub. Towels and shower curtain visibly dirty with unknown black and yellow stains. Very badly soundproofed so you can hear everyone talking/walking in the hallway and on the streets. We knew we would hear the street noises since it’s in middle of temple bar so that was not a surprise. It’s the worst hotel we stayed in during our Ireland trip and still one of the priciest.

The receptionist was very kind and did as much as she could but the room was dirty, hadn't been cleaned after previous occupants, carpet stained and torn and tye room smelt musty. There are better hotels for the same price within short walking distance
5.0
Overall, we had a great experience. The only thing I didn't give 5 stars was because they didn't offer parking garage. Since we had a flight delayed, we arrived to the hotel around 3 am so we had to drive around the city to find an open garage to then have to carry them through the streets.
