Quick fast check in and check out. Nice contenental breakfast. Clean room, and everything worked in room.

Pics of room /furniture deceptive. Carpet was filfthy. Bfast closed before 10:30. Staff over seeing breakfas had plastic gloves butvshe cleaned counter and tables then stocked bread and bagels without changing gloves. Hotel and room had unpleasant odor.

The flooring sucks. Everywhere you step it makes noises. The bed sucks. You can feel the springs in the bed and a hard wood. You have to call the front desk every time you want to watch TV

This was the most run down Quality Inn I've ever stayed at. My room was in poor condition including numerous stains on the carpet, walls, lampshades and drapes, as well as the bathroom sink and toilet. The drapes were shredded and full of holes. The air conditioning/heater unit was full of cobwebs and debris. It was clear that this property is not being maintained. I will say the parking was easy and seemed safe and the bed linens were clean.

Easy and accessible. Neat place to get to and from, spacious room, nice selection for breakfast, funny recommendation of nearby place to eat, (Norm's) true Diner style, so thanks for that. Excellent staff on all floors and in the breakfast room.

First was given a room that was already occupied .. leading to an uncomfortable conversation with the family there. 2nd room .. hot water was inconsistent. Stayed in it because I was there for only one night and didn't want to go downstairs again to switch rooms. Also .. corridors smelled of cigarette smoke.

Suitable for a last minute cheap stay. However, the staff is pretty rude and will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING! They charged my grandma extra for late check-out. Would not stay there again.

I specifically reserved the (roll-in shower) room and was told that they have no such thing. I told the front desk guy that I wanted the difference in price(since it costs more than a normal room, which is what I got) and then was told I would have to speak to the manager in the morning. The roll-in shower room was supposed to have a handheld shower head, a seat in the shower, and I got a normal room that I payed more for

This is really a great place to stay with many amenities close by and a quiet atmosphere away from hustle and bustle.

Room was sub-par. Bed was firm, AC was not clean and partially open - very dusty and sputtered out debris on second bed periodically. There were several stains on the carpet and couch. The coffee maker had mold inside where the water warms up so I did not use it. Towels were replaced almost daily, if given access, instead of the every 3rd day request on the sign in the bathroom to conserve water. Parking lot was clean. My car remained safe during my stay.

Aside from the self make waffle, the breakfast is pretty forgettable. Trust me, you can do better. Breakfast is/can be cheap and delicious.

I liked this hotel because it is conveniently located in the LA area I would like to be. I didn't like the breakfast. Also, the entrance/exit area needs a little work on because I tried to enter while another car was existing. There was little space in between the entry and exit and he was making a left hand turn while I was turning left into the hotel.

room key did not work properly had to go to front desk 3 times to get into my room on 2nd floor!!!!!!!says there is laundry facility to wash cloths in there ad at the property got there no laundy facility!!!!!'breakfast very weak only toast waffels cold cereal coffee tea orange juice bagel egg!!!!!! no bacon no sausage no ham no potatoes period!!!!! you like cold breakfast this is the place for you

Just looks rundown. Needs renovation. Just didn’t have that feel of a fresh clean room. Water pressure was low. Towels are overused, not soft. TV remote did not work well.

Place is in serious need of renovation. Lobby was surprisingly clean. Breakfast was disgusting. Front desk staff MIA 3pm on a Friday. Room was surface-clean with crime scene grade carpet stains. Razor etching engraved on desk, lighting was sterile and overly fluorescent, bathroom crawling with ants, TV remote absent. Place felt like something from Breaking Bad or a true crime show. Very alluring if you work in the drugs, prostitution, or another seedy business.

First we were given a room on first floor with dirtiest carpet we ever seen in a "Quality" hotel, with broken office chair, dim hall lights and squeaky sound people walking and jumping on upper floor. Continental breakfast food were squeezed out bits by bits with the attendant full time watching every guest's move We were not at ease at all

Good location, nice trees, stores and dining nearby. Room clean. Good breakfast. Not So Good. Hallway had stains on carpet. Property had dirty walkways, stains on sidewalks. Noise in room from neighboring rooms, walls too thin. Pillows too hard, too firm.

Had a nice stay with a very decent breakfast! Few things to note, when it says Suite don’t think that there is a separation between bedroom and sofa. All in one room. I’ve seen two suites with two queen beds, one has half height wall between the two the second one didn’t have any separation. Bathroom had very little light. Maybe they are hiding their outdated bathroom lol

Very dirty room, wall and floors. Hall way floors are nasty dirty. Chinese lady’s at breakfast are constantly looking at you to see what you get and how much you are getting of food, but guess what?! What Food if there is little to nothing to get. Never again staying here.

I did not know about this location. I think pretty quiet and safe. Lots of Asian. Happy. The hotel was not bad except some animal smells. Internet speed was good too.

After check in, we found lots of ants at the bathroom @218. Then they swifted us to room 306. But 3 of 4 lights didn't work. One side of wall charging socket broken. The whole room only have one charing socket still works! We request to change to another fully functional room. But they refused us. They said no more room available. We have to endure a very weak light during our stay! We also found some ants moving at the TV cabinet area. What a terrible stay! Won't choose this hotel anymore!

I booked up for the Breeders Cup weekend, so this hotel was busy and fully booked for the weekend. Saying that, this hotel was a great budget option with good close links to LAX, downtown LA and the Santa Anita race track. The only downside to the hotel was that they advertised breakfast being included but this only included eggs, cereal and waffles. I would still stay there again if I ever go back to LA

Bathroom was dimly lit, over head light would turn off on its own and unexpectedly turn back on. Floor was disgusting and needs to be shampooed.
