Read all the details of other reviews and thought this would be a great place to stay. Stayed for a night and was disappointed. Beds were not super comfortable, top sheet had blood on it that might or might not’ve been ours, but when we called housekeeping no one picked up. Alarm went off randomly in the middle of the night, walls were thing and then they began knocking on and loudly slamming doors at about 9/9:30 in the morning. (Granted, we should’ve put our DND up but the other doors would’ve woken us up anyways.)
There was mold in the tub’s jets, which was disgusting and I think contributed to both of us feeling very sick upon leaving (we’re both sensitive with a lot of allergies). There were fruit flies on the walls of the bathroom, very few tissues considering the fact we were sneezing all night, there wasn’t a lot of hot water.
Every person I met working there was incredibly kind and provided great service (and their cookies are amazing) but overall I definitely would never stay in this hotel again. Next time we come to St. George we’ll be looking elsewhere. Definitely not the worst hotel we’ve ever been to, and maybe good for price I haven’t been to enough at a similar price to know, but will definitely avoid this place on future stays.

We enjoyed our stay. We asked for a guest floor room near a door and we were accommodated (traveling with a dog, it's nice to be close to a door). They have a little dog area in back complete with doggy trash bags and garbage. Too bad all the dog owners don't use them, I was surprised by that. All staff was friendly and helpful, in fact one person even remembered me from a prior stay, that's always a plus. Breakfast was the standard, every few days the hot items repeated plain omelette, biscuits and gravy, etc. Nice to see boiled eggs as an option. They always had their cinnamon rolls, my husband likes them, they are too sweet for me. This time we were upgraded to a room with a jetted tub which has pros and cons. Pros of course is the nice big tub, con is the room isn't used as often so the beds are firmer than other rooms. Normally their beds are just perfect for us, this time, a little too firm. But by the time we noticed we're had already unpacked and settled in. I would have traded in the big tub for a more comfortable bed but I think hubby preferred the big tub. The room could have been cleaned a little better. At one angle the mirror had streaks and finger smeers and so did the TV. I also going a very long black hair stuck to the shower wall, my husband is bald and I have very short brunette hair. It's a good thing this wasn't our first time staying here because I know they typically do better. They still have fresh baked cookies at the front desk which is a nice touch.

This place was pretty good. Second time we have stayed here. I think the late check out is a bonus but the housekeeping kept coming back regardless. I also believe that the cleanliness could have been better. There was a few hairs in the sheets of one bed; which is inevitable at times but still saw 1 or 2. I also saw an empty soda can under the bed (it was not completely under since there is just a ledge). I think in the future it would be nice to have a cleaner bed and floor. Overall I would come again.

Great location, easy access to Interstate and main highways. Close to shopping and dining.
Hairs in the tub (not mine, they were there when I got there) crumbs on the floor from previous customer.
Desk clerks were excellent.

This was a great property and my kids loved the pool. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained.
I have two small gripes. The first is I noticed our bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival. (Hairs n the tub and corners missed)
The other thing was I had booked a sweet that sleeps six (with a sofa sleeper) with myself and 5 kids on the reservation. It was after 11:00 pm when we arrived kids were tired and I didn’t want any issues so I double checked we had a sofa sleeper so I could get kids right to bed. She confirmed but when we got into the room there was no bedding for it. I feel like the front desk should have immediately sent bedding or at least asked if we needed bedding since she knew there was none in the room. Luckily I came prepared with a couple of blankets that worked for bedding. Those little lack of attention to details is what makes it a 4 star instead of 5 star hotel for me.

Fabulous stay! We will gladly stay here again! We ended up here on a fluke after our originally booked hotel ended up having a broken elevator and the only room they had for us was on the 4th floor. We had far too much with us to be making trips up and down so we opted to find another hotel. Although this was 10 miles away from our event we were going to each day (for 5 days) we were MUCH happier here and would do it all over again. First the staff was so nice, everyone we had contact with was polite, accommodating and friendly. We had our puppy with us and they were all so friendly with her. An added benefit for me was being able to find something to eat at breakfast! I have dietary issues and usually can't eat much of anything at the breakfast bars, i was incredibly pleased they had boiled eggs! One of the few things i can have because I'm in control of what is put on them. The chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon was an addded bonus. I could only have a small bite but my husband loved them. And the water in the lobby and workout room were nice too. The pool was great. Grounds were manicured nicely and always clean for my puppy and the other dogs too.

1 night stay. I arrived passing 5pm and no one was at check in. About 2 minute later a female walked in to fill water and then walked away. Came back and just said, "name of the reservation " no greeting, no "thank you for waiting, nothing. Conversation was short and awkward. Room was clean but the shower head was detached from wall. Bed was comfy and very quiet.

Stay was great! Clean, safe, staff amazing! Great location for Utah exploring, short drives to cool things in all directions. Would totally stay here again. 35-40 min drive to Zion made for amazing relaxing mornings before adventures. Leave just as the sun rises, you will have a magical experience!

Overall it was a great stay. We had a few times our cards stopped working and thought they were demagnetized but turns out they had the check out date wrong.

We travel a lot for our daughter’s softball tournaments & have stayed in multiple hotels in southern utah.
This was one of our favorites! Rooms were spacious Beds we’re super comfy, first time my husband & I actually got good sleep at a hotel. Decent breakfast, pool was nice, but not open late enough. Would recommend taking room towels because there were never enough at the pool, but we handled it.😜 per friendly, with trails to walk right in the parking lot, even have 💩 bags. Front desk was nice maybe a little understaffed but she did the best she could for the 4 days we stayed. Felt safe. We will be hopefully staying again.

It was great. I had an issue with the a/c that was very noisy, but eventually I was able to address the issue somehow.

Good experience. There were two conditioners and a shampoo in the tub so no soap. The pool was not available but they hoped open soon. The A.C. Is a little noisy.

Personnel at check-in were great. There was a problem with info from Hotels.com being transferred to the Holiday Inn.
In the room there was hair on the counter and floor of the bathroom. For the newness (new or upgraded) I was disappointed with the cleanliness.
Food at breakfast was good.

This is a wonderful property. Away from the noise & traffic of the city but in a convenient place for golf and visiting Zion’s. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator. The jacuzzi in the pool area is therapeutically warm, but not so hot that your skin turns bright red. The pool area is clean and kept well. The breakfast is hearty and delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

The Hotel and property were nice and close to other shopping and food. The only thing is that our room was never replenished with towels or garbages changed.

Phoenix was fantastic at check in. Thank you for correcting the mistake that hotels . Com made with our reservation...we had a room that sleeps 4 in stead of 6, but the hotel manager pulled a miracle even during spring break and arranged an extra room! Kind, hard working staff. Great location!

Phoenix was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious every morning. All the staff were exceptionally kind and professional.

Room was not very clean. Pee and hair on floor around base of toilets, not enough towels and when called front desk, they were all out.
