I tried to extend my stay but I lost my bank card. They wouldn’t let me pay Apple Pay which is what I payed with initially. You never know what someone is going through. Me and my daughter’s needed a get away and they just disappointed to the max. More stress than needed.

We come through Barstow at least 6 times a year. The remodel seems to be coming along. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and staff is helpful and efficient in their job.

The check in was extremely difficult. We booked through Expedia, but the front desk clerk gave us a real hassle about us not having the.proper check in information and codes!

I have stood here with my family and we love it. Customer service, front desk no issues. First time I had an issue. Hardly slept, people upstairs from us from 12-4am were running, jumping (it sounded like) We could not sleep! It started up again at 7am the stomping and running. We checked out early just to get back home and rest. Once again never had an issue before, awesome place to stay, very clean that was the only issue.

As we all know it is no ones fault for updating and construction going on. My frustration was there was ALOT of parking taking up by containers with stuff in them and truly no where for vehicles for trailers to park. The front doors were boarded up (for upgrading) and no easy way to use the carts to get items to your room do to stairs at all doors but one at the side of the building where all containers were and not really any parking. I stay here often when traveling and luckily when I drove back through 5 days later the front doors were back open. Staff is always amazing, breakfast is good, beds are comfortable and the A/C works well.

Breakfast was acceptable. Hotel under construction for the last week and didn't warn us. Just a note in the elevator. Found live bugs in the room. Guy at front desk just smiled and said he would tell maintenance. No lights in parking area. I would not recommend this place.

Great hotel! The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The front desk even called us to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast setup was good and the food tasted great!

hi Property manager for a living and I needed a little break so I got myself a room with a spa and I know they were doing construction work on the entire building but I had no hot water and it was completely full. They couldn’t move me they didn’t refund me and all I wanted to do was relax in a hot tub and read my book

Front staff initially put us in the wrong room. We reserved one with a sofa bed to sleep 5. So I called the front desk and he left me on hold. So we went back down and he had an attitude like I did something wrong. We got the correct room and then the sofa bed was nothing but springs. There was no way it could be slept on. So we put the cushions ontop so my son could sleep. The sofa was directly in front of the ac. We all were hot except him. Honestly the layout needs to be adjusted. Abs those sofa beds need to be replaced

The rooms are clean and the breakfast area is nice. The walls are paper thin between rooms. The hot tub needs major maintenance as the plaster is crumbling. This place is okay, but a bit overpriced for what it is. They are currently remodeling and have lots of cargo containers in the parking lot so maybe it will be a lot better.

Car park is like a building site. Front entrance being pulled down and massive renovations go on in the hotel bedrooms. Having to use a side entrance. Carpets in downstairs hallway covered in polythene. No mention of ongoing renovations on your website . Will be contacting you on our return with photos showing the upheaval. The hotel said they had informed Expedia about the work.
