Friendly helpful staff. Love the pancake machine. Accommodations served our needs perfectly

I was really surprised at how tiny the room was. Maybe I should have expected it by the “Micro” part in the name, at any rate, there wasn’t even a mini fridge. I’ve never stayed in a hotel without a mini fridge. It was bizarre.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and it was getting warmer in the room. Up to 73F which is warm for people in New England. We set the temp to 68 and the cooling was not working. My partner examined the cooling/heating unit and took out the filter, it was filthy. When he washed it off with water in the tub it was finally cool in the room.
The building is old, the carpet is old and dirty. The bed was way too soft so it was pretty much like a pillow and it caved in toward the middle.
I brought my dog and I think the room was specifically for animals. The carpet had lots of stains on it. Not all animals make a mess, but I have seen this before in hotels. When you have a pet you are put in a dirty room.
We will not stay there again. I don’t recommend it.

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff super friendly.

Max, the front desk person was very hospitable. The hotel could use some updating. There should be a fridge microwave and coffee pot in each room although we didn’t get a suite, these items is what usually expected in a hotel room. Many people go out to eat and bring leftovers back. Ice Machine on our floor did not work. We had trouble with the keys to get in and out of the room.

Expedia is whatever to me, I've never been impressed with this customer service baseless company and long turn around times but I will tell you the hotel I stayed at was amazing for 2-star, poorly underrated, staff was great, just great great great!!

Could have a better variety of breakfast items

Very basic. I guess I expected a little something "more"... there was not even a small fridge in the room I cannot remember the last time I stayed anywhere that did not have a small fridge. No coffee maker or microwave, either, but those were easily available anytime in the lobby. It just did not feel very "inviting".... not anywhere I'd want to hang out for any length of time. Strictly utilitarian.Evening desk clerk was not very friendly...

It was ok. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.

Beds were comfortable, but everything else is in need of an update. Worn carpets, cracks in the sink, no table lamps, not much of a continental breakfast.

The first room I was given a key to had 3 roaches. They looked dead, but when I tried picking one up to throw in the trash it moved. I immediately told the reception to switch me to a different room. Whether or not they ended up taking action after my complaint is a mystery. It's hard to sleep in a hotel with the thought that there could be other roaches scurrying around your room.

Laughed at the note that said something like "enjoy your stay in your well-designed hotel room" or some such! I have never seen a commercial building designed so poorly. No lighting or lamps by the beds for reading, only bright overheads across the room shining in your eyes, with light switches far away from the bed requiring getting out of bed to turn off the lights. No power outlets near surfaces to set anything down for charging, only one each at foot of each bed requiring phones and tablets to be charged while resting on the foot of the bed. Only outlets on the desk require unplugging the fridge and coffee pot for charging, Stooopid! Bathroom sink had so many dark ugly knife scratches in it looked like a pig had been butchered in it! The Direct TV requires fifteen minutes of searching throufh all of the channels to find what you are looking for. Sunday morning has broadcast 'Meet The Press' for 50 years but the hotel's TV could only pick up a local NBC channel out of Boston with local weather and news, no National broadcast. I know that Wyndham doesn't select programming for DTV but YOU DO select Direct TV as your cable provider! Dry, nothing breakfasts are "meh"! Your bathtubs are an accident waiting to happen as there is no surface adhesion to prevent slips and falls. More but out of time and space, suffice it to say my 1st stay is also my last. Good luck!

In a two night stay, They never came to clean the room or make the bed. The breakfast is very poor (just carbo and sugar) The computer and the printer in the lobby “business center” were not working. The wi fi kept dropping the connection. The Tv kept loosing signal.

We had a problem with our room air conditioner not working. Room would not cool. Front desk was very responsive, but had a rough night sleep

We just needed a place to sleep at night and the price was the best available for us. Cheaper than surrounding hotels for sure. Room carpet was damp in one spot and i thought they'd shampooed the carpet only to have it dry and see that something was spilled. Not a big deal but for the nightly cost I could see how it would be a biggie to someone else.
Staff were all super friendly! Continental breakfasts were all we needed to start our day.
It was good for what we needed it for and I'd stay again.

Decent price, very friendly front desk staff.
Room was super small, didn’t have a mini fridge in it, ice maker wasn’t plugged in on our floor, and no coffee in the room.
Breakfast was late getting set up each day and it’s a bummer when you’re on a schedule.

The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. Check-in was a breeze.

This place gets a solid "meh" from us. The lady working the second shift behind the desk saved the trip for us. She was extremely accommodating and saved the entire trip for us. We had asked for rooms with two Queen beds, even though we are a couple. Don't get a single Queen room on the parking lot side. There are jail cells that are bigger. They initially put us in a single Q room. You can't hardly move in those. No "real" breakfast and no pool. It's a micro-hotel alright.
Tip of the hat to Abby who worked that second shift, she made things right for us. The place as a whole though? WAY overpriced and pretty meh.

Room was nice size and bathroom was clean. AC was old and very noisy- very cold on and off. Need to invest in mini splits for energy savings and comfort of guests.

This property was perfectly adequate, clean, acceptable. However, it was vastly over-priced given that it was adequate, not top of the line.

Nice clean room with an interesting layout. Shower was excellent.

The staff was very friendly. The property itself was not clean. There were no clean sheets, nor towels in the room daily. The carpet was stained and dirty. In the bathroom, there was no hot water in the shower. The sink did not appear to be clean. The icemaker and soda machine on the floor was out of order. I expected more from Wyndham properties.

For the price lack of a pool or a decent breakfast was not pleasant. Directly on a noisy highway

Really small shower and bathroom, just a basic hotel to spend the night.

The property in general was not clean. Carpets and elevators especially and the bed runner at end of the bed was clearly soiled but still placed atop Clean bedding. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast was sufficient.
