Walls are thin and pillows are terrible. Rooms keys worked one time then I’d have to go back down to the lobby for another one. Frustrating.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 5 nights to visit family and it was actually not bad at all. The people who worked there were actually super friendly and when we needed anything they attended to almost immediately. It was pretty clean and was honestly good for the pricing. Would definitely go back again when visiting next time! I will say when it gets busy it does get a little noisier but the hotel can’t help that. We were not paying an outrageous amount to stay there so it wasn’t bad.

The room could use an upgrade. Grout was missing from the tile floor, the pillows are lumpy, and the sink drained very slow.

We stayed here because of the “good reviews” but……..It was okay, the girl at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. When we got there she asked “are you here to check in” we told her “yes ma’am” then she just looked at her computer never said anything we stood there a few minutes thinking she was going to check us in then a young gentleman came out and she said “he will help you”. The room was okay. There is a gap in the room door so the light and noise from hallway is a little more then usual. No hot water so we had to shower in cold water .

It was simply….ok. The bedding and towels were very clean. I prefer a firmer mattress, and was not disappointed. The bathtub had rust stains in it. The AC unit was the only item in the room that was filthy. (I carry cleaning wipes. I cleaned the unit for them.) Breakfast was great!

Room smelled awful, the bathtub had a leak that ran the entirw time.There was no information posted anywhere about times for the pool or other amenities.

Not clean. Terrible smell in the hallway and in our room. The manager and receptionist don’t want us to give another room.

I unfortunately did not get pictures but there were ants found in the room, a dirty wash cloth was left hanging on the shower rod and i asked that no one go into our room and when we got back they HAD been in our room.

The hotel manager called immediately after I made the reservation and upgraded our reservation because there were no rooms with two double beds available. Jane was super nice and I appreciated her help! The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, but the Sunday morning cook or whoever was keeping the coffee and food items stocked needed an attitude adjustment. She was rude and acted like she was exhausted. The housekeeper made our beds and refilled toiletries. The only issues we had was that the hotel and the hallways smelled like weed. I suspected it was employees but I’m not certain. It is not acceptable for the hotel to smell like pot. It was a turn off for sure. However given the reviews I have read on some comparable hotels in the area, I would stay here again!

Unfortunately my stay with this hotel was not great at all. We checked in which went okay nothing great. When we arrived to our room there was dirty latex gloves on the bed. There was a bug behind the toilet. This hotel walls are super thin. I maybe got an hour and half of sleep. I kept hearing doors slamming, people walking up and down the hotel all night. On top of of all of this our ac in our room didn’t work at all. Only the heat so it was absolutely miserable stay. I really wanted to enjoy our stay and I’m so disappointed in what we payed for it.

The staff was very friendly. I really appreciated having the airport shuttle picking us up at the airport. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that you have to go to the lower level of the airport to get picked up especially when you are trying to maneuver heavy luggage.

The bathroom was not clean. There was what appeared to be toothpaste on the faucet and front of cabinet. Table lights in the room were dirty. This hotel is pet friendly so wasn’t totally surprised to be woken at 5:45am by a barking dog and kids being loud in hallway. Not hotels fault but inconsiderate people. Warm place to sleep for the night and coffee in the morning.

Nice location. Nothing extraordinary about the staff, but nothing negative. No personal interaction from front desk. Our room wasn't very clean (gum on ceiling and bottle cap on floor to name two examples.) But the kicker was a moldy and plaster cracked ceiling above the tub and no hot water. Breakfast was good, pets were welcomed, but probably wouldn't go back.

I checked in close to midnight after a long day of road trip and wanted to take a quick hot shower and go to sleep. I got a corner room on top floor, which I was initially glad about. Service and bed were not bad. But that changed as soon as I entered the restroom. The shower was in terrible condition and was smelling a bit moldy. I washed up a bit in the sink and went to sleep not wanting to stay much past midnight. Had I been in a different state and didn't need to leave early again in the morning, I would have requested a change of room. The breakfast was served early, but there was barely anything healthy I could find to eat. I ended up taking the microwave oatmeal packet.

The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a couple of blemished area that looked slightly damaged, but they weren’t damaged, just had flaws. Thought the single elevator for a 4-story hotel might be an issue, but it was readily available. We were in town for a family funeral, so weren’t partying or doing a lot of shopping, but we slept well and were pleased with our accommodations. Good location for places to eat or buy necessary items.

The floor was dirty in the room. The room was hot the AC was not working right. Every time you leave you just about had to get your key reprogram. In very cheap carpet you could hear the person upstairs walking Around.
